After I canceled my reservation at 1 hotel, because a bad experience, I found out a gem in Miami Beach ! First time in Faena but for sure not the last, very warm welcome and smooth check in. I went downstairs to explore, and for a quick breakfast and our waitress, Diana, was extremely welcoming and accommodating; we had a beautiful table with pool views, and Diana gave us very good recommendations. Service was perfect, she is charming. Very nice staff with a good vibe, all around. We are DEFINITELY coming back !!! Thank you Faena team for a memorable stay !!!!

Evan and Karen greeted us on the first day and Evan also remembered us throughout our trip and was very friendly. Housekeeping team was out of this world. One of the best ive experienced recently in my travels. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Val and Maria by the pool were two awesome servers who were so so so nice and took super great care of my group. Sometime great service is hard to find down in Miami. The property itself is beautiful. The complimentary workout classes each morning are awesome. Breakfast at The Market is a must! Servers are very attentive and professional. The only issue we had was during the reservation process and a night manager who was anything but hospitable during a phone call.. There was not a house car and plan for lots of mosquitos outside. Also check out the Basement downstairs, they offer bowling and an ice skating rink! And there is a Starbucks right across the street. Everything was overall fantastic! 👌🏽 10/10 Thanks to the Edition team for an amazing trip! My favorite hotel in Miami Beach yet.

The first night I couldn’t sleep because the air conditioning was too noises, and the second night I could sleep because I switched off the air conditioning. So I suggest that make mosquitoes nets to instead of sealed windows without fresh air, if use the fans to instead of noises air conditioning may be good for both of gusts and hotel(this hotel name is Freeland Hostel) I haven’t been to staying in generator hotel so no opinions for Generator Hotel.

Our experience was very bad. Check in took 30 minutes. We went to the beach to discover there was NO BEACH CHAIRS available. Just terrible. We had to lay on our towels in the sand.The front desk person was a trainee and did not have the correct knowledge of the rooms as she said one of our rooms had a partial beach view when in fact it had a front beach view. The other room she said had a partial view when in fact it had NO BEACH view. You had to go onto the terrace to see a sliver of water at the extreme left.

The location is good and the price is affordable. The waiter's attitude is relatively friendly. The fees are not as arbitrary as those charged by online reviews. The travel fee is also clearly priced. It's just that the swimming pool is relatively small and it's basically impossible to swim. The room is also a three-star level. But the price is normal there. It's close to the beach and you can go there every day. To go to South Beach, you can take the free green bus to 17th Street and change to the purple free bus. very convenient. It is recommended not to rent a car yourself, renting is very cheap. Uber

There is no breakfast in the hotel. The downstairs is the Subway. It is very close to the beach. There is a bus stop to go north to the south beach. There are buses on the bus 2.25 knives ready for change. Good location. Shopping is also very convenient.
