This is a review of the spa, not the hotel as a whole. I took my sister and we have never been so pampered! Maria! Maria! Maria.! There’s little else to say. The facility is wonderful but Maria gave my sister and I nottripleA but quadruple A service. It was like something out of a film. She not only gave us a tour, she appointed herself as our butler and doted on us. She is a very caring, loving person and will make anyone fall in love with this spa. She made our day! Really she made our trip to Miami!!! My ayurvedic massage was excellent but the 50 minutes was’t enough, next time i’ll be sure to make it longer. My sister had the Oriental massage and says it was fabulous. Everyoneat the spa was great from the gentleman who chcked us in to the staff inthe ladies section. We ate lunch at the main resturant and could not help but be impressed by the young lady from Serbia. She was extremely helpful and personable - very outgoing. A real asset. The beach attendants were clearly racist but other than that untoward experience with them, we thorougly enjoed our time at the facility. Loved the spa and would leave my home here in Bermuda just to go there again.

We were greeted with soju shots and lemongrass towels, oh so refreshing coming from cold to humid weather. Front desk was helpful in assisting us with what we needed and always with a smile. We love the hotels design, the swimming pools are awesome and so is the fitness center. Thanks for treating us well!

The hotel room is quite big, and the sanitation is very clean. It's good that it's not in South Beach. It's not so noisy at night, and the hotel's sound insulation is very good, and the construction on the road can't be heard at all. The staff is very enthusiastic and responsible, but the parking is only valet parking, the price is 40 dollars a day

We came to spent the Thanksgiving weekend at the hotel had a really nice time. The place looked clean and friendly. We were checked in by Dewayne and he checked with his manager Roberto and he allowed us to do an early check in. That was very nice and convenient for me and my family. Small pool and a nice restaurant in the premises. Good food and nice service. Rooms very clean and a very affordable price. We got 2 rooms to accomodate us. We will be back. Thank you guys. Good job.

This place was really cheap for Miami Beach front room -- and you pretty much get what you pay for. This place was clearly AMAZING at some point in it's lifespan, but it needs some MAJOR updates. Some pros/cons: PROS - elevators are all updated and super fast, the location is pretty awesome -- it's in north beach but there is a FREE trolly that picks you up almost in front of the hotel that will take you to South beach, It is right on the beach, it's cheap, there is valet parking that is FREE (you still have to tip -- but you don't pay for your car to stay every night) -- REALLY good water pressure & hot water. CONS - the check in/front desk folks are SUPER rude and unfriendly!!! There are no good places to eat in the hotel, there was no ice machine, there were two small, thread bare towels and two small thread bare beach towels, There was no central ac in our room -- they had a mobile unit set up that vented out the window -- it was cool enough but not super great.
