Miami Beach Trolley runs to South Beach every 20 minutes or so. It didn’t have network TV only streaming services. No beach chairs were included only high chair and crib were included. It was a nice small clean efficiency apartment

Awesome place! Really tidy, and the location worked perfectly for us. Everything went smoothly, no hassles. The hosts were proactive and super chill. Definitely gonna book again next time I'm in the area!

The entire building smelt like mildew, there was no staff available or present on the property, no clean towels, nobody came to take out the trash. Trash all in the hallway

Horrible isolation, you never get to sleep, no personnel to assist. Bad location nosiest street, bad internet, dirty windows. BE AWARE! NO PARKING! The closest parking will cost you $45 for 3 HOURS! I would never recommend this place especially with kids. I never go back. It was as HORRIBLE as hell.

I drive home with mixed feelings. First I would mention positive things:
- very good location, close to the beach (5 minutes), there is a parking garage for $8 per day in garage 6 (approx. 400 m walk)
- Apartment has everything you need (enough plates, cutlery, etc.)
- Communication with questions/problems also worked great.
Unfortunately, there are also negative points, which is why I can only recommend the accommodation to a limited extent:
- Cleanliness: it is unclean in every corner there is, floor (dirty), window sills, beds filled everything. We washed the floor ourselves at least 5 times and it was still dirty (we got €70 refunded). Since we were traveling with a small child, it was a knockout criterion for us.
- too loud because the apartment is right on the main street
- No hot water for 1.5 days (due to storms) and hot water in the sink in the bathtub also didn't work
- General condition of the apartment/house extremely outdated
Unfortunately we won't be coming back, it's a shame
