Hotel is dated, old and dirty. Pool was not clean and hot tub blocked off and broken. Elevators are confusing and wait times can be 5+ minutes. Beautiful views from ocean rooms. Please renovate this great location.

I love this building, it gets rented on some occasions in the girasoles apartments, but lately it gets a little confused with their maintenance

It was on the beach. That part was great. The photos online showed a beautiful swimming pool. When we got there, the pool was fenced off and under repair. The bathroom was so moldy that we didn’t want to get into the shower.

The elevators took at least 4 minutes to come and were always full. The whole complex needs updating. The ac in our room leaks. One of the beds in our room collapsed while sleeping. Overall worst property we've ever been to. Seriously considering asking for reimbursement.

Rude staff, dirty lobby, dirty rooms, just horrible. No signage, but stupid staff yells at everyone. Where's the customer service??? Property needs basic training when it comes to serving people. As a corporate manager, I'm super disgusted with this experience.

I am not one to leave a negative review. However, I was completely flabbergasted by the lack of help that was given to my compliant about roaches. I wish I could post the pictures here. I had to come out of pocket and buy Raid because I was told I would not be given a refund if I left. I will not ever stay here again. Honestly, the pictures do not match the conditions of the location. Poor customer service from the lady I spoke to at the front desk.

An exceptional location, the hotel installations conditions could be better, however it is clear that they are working on it, I would suggest that they choose to modernize a little. The ballet parking service was excellent, the customer service girls could be better. hurry up with the pool repair!!!!!
