This hotel is absolutely appalling. It is filthy threw out the whole hotel. Rooms are ridiculously small, clearly haven’t been dusted or moped for months. Bugs. Tv was not working, no fridge . Extremely outdated , the pictures on line are nothing like the actual rooms. I can’t even imagine that Wyndham associates there name with this boarding house. I’ve never stayed in such a horrendous place where I did not even feel safe.

First of all, great location on Ocean Drive. The hotel has very nice staff. The hotel restaurant attracts crowds because they have delicious food and it is worth trying. Everywhere is close. In the evening, nice atmospheric lighting.

The room smelled of cigarettes and it wasn't supposed to be for smokers. I asked them to change me and they didn't, I paid for a partial view of the sea and you couldn't even see it and the TV control didn't work.

One of our keys did not work so I went to speak with the manager. The hostess verbally abused me for mishandling the key then refused to allow me to speak with the manager or provide her name. We found roaches in the room. The hallway noise and commotion from other occupants kept us up half the night. Will NEVER stay there again.

Parking is difficult and not clear when arriving. Valet sends you to the front desk before you check-in...odd.

The toilet was not secured to the floor. Holes in the wall beside the toilet that needs repair. Pest service probably needs to come more frequently as there were roaches in my room.
