If you want a tropical feel for your stay on Miami Beach… this is it! Located directly on the beach with the old Miami Art Deco vibe; it’s close enough to all of the “ Action” still far enough Removed From all of the craziness and noise

I stayed at that hotel 5 days. Everything is worth $. Amazing personnel, great room and bar in the room, i had an ocean view which was breathtaking- imagine waking up to such view!!!
People who stayed there are also very nice and friendly!
I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nice, but I had an issue with checking in before 4pm. I came to the hotel and I wasn’t able to check in at 2pm. When I asked when my room will be ready I was told that I have to show them my ID to get that information. And when I asked Can they tell me that when I call with my ID again they told me that they don’t know if I will be able to find out

Only complaint was one of the elevators did not work for most of our stay so the waiting time was frustrating. The gym was too small and hard to get a good workout in but everything else was Very nice.

Beautiful pool and beach grounds, didn't feel crowded even in Christmas week. Service was extremely friendly all around. Oceanfront room delivered as purchased and view was as advertised.

The rooms are so small and so expensive
There was a person in front desk that was so rude
No complimentary water in the room ( but $7 per small bottle)
No breakfast
No activity or games for children and adults
Even Santa didn't give free chocolate
Everywhere you go in the hotel all has price tag

We liked the hotel however there were few issues:
1. The room are VERY small!
2. We did asked for cleaning a few times - no one came.
3. There were few ppl at the front desk that weren't frendly.
