Lovely stay in geneva, close to airport with free shuttle

Correct hotel close to the airport. Rooms are nice and clean. They wanted to charge 20 CHF for early check in (40min before original check in) which I have not experienced before. Other than that all good.

Location easy within walking distance from the airport, breakfast is good.

The hotel was very clean near airport, spacious suite, clean, swiss pass offered, airport shuttle free. Nice stay as Geneve airport not far from town attractions

This one is hard to rate. Before booking, I contacted Ctrip to confirm if the suite could accommodate two children, and they said yes. However, upon check-in, they absolutely refused and insisted I book another room. Even before the new booking was confirmed, they only allowed three people upstairs, forcing the fourth person to wait at the front desk until the confirmation process was complete. Additionally, the room was very small and noisy, aside from being close to the airport. The picture shows a city view.

They let us check in at 2 PM, which we really appreciated! The room was quite spacious with two bathrooms, which was perfect for a family of three. After arriving at the airport, head to Gate 3 on the arrivals level, go outside and cross to the outermost road. Look for the 'hotel shuttle' sign – Nash's name will be on it. All three Nash hotels share the same shuttle service.

The shuttle service was excellent. So easy to get to places!

Great location for early morning flights with free shuttle bus to and from the airport, reception was inefficient and short of staff, only one staff was on when I was checking in at 3pm which is the busiest check in time of the day and had to wait more than 45mins to get checked in, no sofa bed in the room as per room description

Single bed super narrow,car park cost 30 swiss per night,won't stay there again

Very nice hotel near the airport with good breakfasts and clean rooms.

Very clean hotel with microwave, coffee machine & kettle. Towels are plush. Can ask for additional amenities items at counter. Airport shuttle runs every 20 mins till midnight, very convenient.

Well first of all I was really disappointed after the hotel staff told me that the booking was only for two adults and did not include my child and then they asked me to pay for extra bed for my child. I showed them the booking confirmation which clearly stated three person booking paid with triple suites but she still refused to check us in and said manager is not allowing her to check us in. I asked her to let me speak with the manager and explain the problem or show her the booking and but the manager said she is not ready to speak with me as they don’t entertain website booking problems. She didn’t even bother to speak with me or come and see me and ultimately I had to pay for extra person even though the booking was paid in full for a family of three. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. The manager should at least have listened to me and check my booking booking confirmation

I have to say it was a beautiful stay and very reasonably priced for Geneva! Fantastic location clean hotel and nice room plus gym etc
