Would not recommend this hotel based on these factors. Pool only has sun about 2 hours a day so if you are looking for a pool - skip this property Wifi is terrible. Constantly down Massage at spa is so not worth the money Housekeeping did not replenish our daily waters or coffee pods Bed is not comfortable. I think the mattresses are old and so they put a pad on top. Construction and street noise is loud even though we were in the 19th floor. Buffet is just okay and too expensive unless you like liquid runny scrambled eggs What is good about this hotel? Concierge had great recommendations for dinner and breakfast Woman working at pool is awesome and goes out of her way to help Hotel is in a good location. Would I go back? No There are too many great hotels in the area.

I spent 8 nights at this hotel in August of this year-2022- and it was clean,comfortable and good value.Check-in was handled speedily and the room I was given was large,clean and very comfortable with great views on the 20th floor.The room was serviced daily and extra toiletries were always available.In this regard I want to mention Veronica and especially Saul who were most helpful and polite.Breakfast was excellent each morning and really set me up for the day.I want to mention Leonardo in the dining room who was most helpful and kind each morning at breakfast time.The staff at reception were also efficient,polite and reasonably friendly.This hotel represented good value in a convenient location.

This is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms have an exceptional view of Chapultepec Park and the surrounding buildings in Polanco. The hotel also has a wonderful selection of restaurants. My favorite is Alfredo di Roma Italian), as well as Au Pied de Couchon (French), and Chapulin (Mexican.) The Club Lounge on the 39th floor has a superb breakfast selection, and city view. The staff is exceptional. Everytime that I needed assistance, even helping repair my suitcase which was damaged at the airport upon my arrival in the city. The rooms are very well maintained, spacious, and offer wonderful views of the city. I also enjoy the art work, by Mexican artists, in the lobby. All of the above is due to the vision of the General Manager.

We were working in Mexico City and as always stayed at the Hyatt Regency. The staff is very supportive no matter what silly thing we need. This time it was shredding extra paperwork - note there is a shredder in the business center. The food in the main restaurant is tasty. I particularly liked the short rib tacos, but be warned, they are juicy so be prepared to make a mess. The rooms are large, the closets ample, the how water in the shower is relaxing. Overall a great property.

What a great hotel, with a great team and a great location! Everyone made us feel cared for. A very special thank you to ”Mago” Maria Jose Arellano, Juan Pablo, Natalia, Santiago, Laura, Uriel, Valeria, Mariana, and Brando. Our room was spacious and had an amazing view. Our breakfasts at Balta were very good. The food and drinks at Cityzen were delicious and creative (and the view one of a kind). Having access to Club Millesime worked out well and the club team was so gracious and helpful. We will definitely be returning!!

I've stayed at this property before not sure if management has changed. I was really impressed on my first visit in 2020, and last year I notice changes, but was hoping for improvement this year. Overall the hotel is good for the price / location. I think they could make a few improvements. I'm not sure if they are under staff where the halls aren't vacuumed or tons of smalls details around the walls and doors don't look clean or touched up cosmetically. The furniture inside my room was stained. The Wifi worked great, the check in and check out process was easy. I took photos so I can maybe share with management. Overall don't hesitate to stay at this place!

The location is very good, opposite to the Central Park, surrounded by restaurants, Starbucks and 7/11, there are also a lot of Starbucks and 7/11, the lobby bar has a big screen game, the service is also good, there are 2 restaurants in the lobby, one is very high-end, and the other is open from morning to afternoon , do not cook dinner, but there are always people queuing up.

The pictures do not resemble reality! the rooms are very small. the shower drains all over an done needs to use the two yellow towels they give you to mop the floors. The bathroom sink floods. The hotel needs a lot of attention. Also, the carpet is dirty and needs to be shampooed. the staff is nice but the hotel needs a lot of attention. Also, only one of the CARS works in the elevator. It's a very small elevator and it takes forever. People smoke right outs o the hotel so get ready for all your clothes to stink up as you come outside. Also, no heat in the rooms....so if you get cold...... Also, the purple lights that are in the building facade do not let you sleep because the light gets in the room if you have a corner suite. I would not stay here again, tjh only thing they have good is location and nice staff, but the hotel needs a lot of care.....Also, the towels are disgusting they smell and thy are yellow. please buy some bleach....

There were no special impressions about the hotel, everything was quite satisfactory. The room is comfortable, we had a good rest. This was my second time staying here and all I can say is Jose Luis was wonderful to me and my family, he was always the highlight of my day 🫶🏼 always giving us 100 percent and helping us out in everything we needed. ALL of the staff like Victor who helped us out with our bags was expect exceptional! And one of the servers from the rooftop whose name is Marco was so wonderful and did such a great job. I really appreciate everyone who helped us out. The only down fall was I wanted to have dinner with my family on the 25th to celebrate my husbands birthday but they were charging 1,500 pesos per person which was ridiculous and all bc there was a concert. I also felt like that day they didn’t care about anyone there expect what was going on with grupo firme. Another thing was a waiter from the rooftop “Edgar” was SUPER rude both times we got him as a waiter and wanted to charge me extra for the buffet when it was included. I felt discriminated because he was paying attention to Americans which is crazy because I am an American as well but since he saw I’m obviously Hispanic he probably thought I was from there. Those two things were the only downfall of the hotel but other then that I had a really great time and I appreciate all the staff that helped me out in everything. I truly truly appreciate it

The city view room has an incomparable view. Sitting by the window, you can have a panoramic view of Syntagma Square and the Cathedral, and you can have an unobstructed view of the excitement of the Day of the Dead. Although it is an old building, the interior is well maintained. The breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor is okay, and the coffee bar on the first floor can also provide simple meals. The only drawback was that I stayed in a corner room, and the top floor restaurant was upstairs. There was a sound of chairs being dragged around at around 7 o'clock in the morning.

The location is good. Just walk straight for 2-3 minutes and you will reach Chinese restaurants, Japanese restaurants and Korean restaurants. It's all good. This hotel should be the top 2 hotel in Mexico. I arrived on the 9th and left on the 16th. Not a bad experience. The service staff are very nice, and the breakfast is okay (for a Chinese stomach), with omelettes and fruits. very safe. Safety is particularly important here.

The staff is super friendly and the hotel is doing an excellent job to keep the facility and rooms clean, and to adhere to current health condition and following best practices. It's been a while since my last stay at Fiesta Americana, but even for a short stay it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend the Fiesta Americana Reforma.

We travelled to Mexico (5 couples) to learn and enjoy Mexican Culture & History. Our first stay was in Hotel Regente. We arrived at around 5 a.m in the morning. Hotel looked so dark, as if it was not in operation. Getting in the night shift receptionist gave us our keys (thanks god). Our room in the 3rd floor was small like a cage with a window opening to general operating chimney of the building. So no fresh air ! We got down to reception asking for a change...nothing happened as a) it took the receptionist 20 minutes to come back from his room and b) he didn't speak English! 2 days after we managed to get a room with street view. Windows had missing sealings, so we felt literally sleeping on the street. So be very careful selecting the hotel. It needs an all over renovation. Breakfast was standard. The one thing which was good is its location.

Despite its convenient location and relatively clean rooms, several significant issues greatly affected our overall experience. One of the main drawbacks was the excessive noise within the hostel. Unfortunately, the rooms were all oriented towards either a closed courtyard or the staircase, and the lack of proper windows intensified the noise levels. Instead of windows, only wooden shutters were provided, which proved ineffective in blocking out the sounds from outside. As a result, getting a restful night's sleep became a challenge, and any hopes of tranquility were shattered as early as 5 am each morning. Adding to the disappointment, a booking issue arose during our stay. In an attempt to address the problem, the hostel offered us cocktail vouchers and a promised 15% refund. However, when we arrived at the bar to redeem the vouchers, we discovered that they were only valid for Mezcal or beer, contradicting the promise of cocktails as advertised. Furthermore, despite reaching out to the hostel twice regarding the 15% refund, we have yet to receive any response or reimbursement. This lack of follow-through reflects poorly on the hostel's commitment to customer satisfaction and further contributed to our disappointment.

If you are looking for beauty of the old kind, a pleasant stay and a great location. This is the place to go. Although the room we used was small, it was practical and the decoration and lighting extraordinaire. The wedding party Saturday night did not keep us awake, although it could be heard. The service by Mr. Ramón Cobos is commendable. He went out of his way to move out bags in and out of storage as many times as it was needed. Breakfast in the premises are not recommended. Fortunately, there are many great places to eat within a 15 minute walk. We arrived past midnight, the door was opened promptly, before we dispatched the Uber service, and the registration was a breeze. So was check out. Highly recommended, we will be back.

I totally enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Majestic, I never expected location to be the heart of historical district of Mexico City, exactly where I wanted to be. The building housing BW Majestic is also a historical landmark, along with traditional style elevators, tile and hard wood flooring. I walked across to the Palacio Nacional which was right across the street, also saw the Mexico City Cathedral, soaked in the amazing atmosphere of the square, all in all a fantasy stay. Bare in mind it is a historical building, so it would be lacking in some areas, for instance I didn't see any AC but this time of year was cool and comfortable.

I arrived on Friday at 1 and both bars were closed in the hotel getting ready for ticketed events that evening. Lots of people were irritated they couldn’t get a drink in the hotel when they arrived. So, I could not get a drink in the hotel until evening, if I had a ticket to one of their events. Their drag show and other party didn’t interest me. So, I had a drink in my room and hit the town. The Living Room bar (reason I picked W) was closed all weekend for private stuff. So, I never even saw it. The location is great and so we walked to many bars. If I go back, I wouldn’t spend the money to be at the W, when I barely made use of the place. Service and room service were good.

Our family of four stayed in a 2-bedroom at Dominion for five nights. The unit was fantastic ... tons of space and great amenities. The best part was the location, which was across from Parque Lincoln and very safe. We loved being right near the part of Polanco with outdoor cafes and great streets to roam on ... really felt the European influence. Although we ran out of time to see it, right inside the park is an aviary, and you can hear the birds even without going in. It's a condo, but run sort of like a hotel, so here's what to expect: - Reception isn't 24-hours behind a desk. There's one or two people in an office, and after hours, the security guys help you with whatever you need. - They provide you with two (or more, if you ask) glass bottles for purified water, which you refill in the lower level of the building. (They're not going to deliver water bottles to your room, glass or otherwise.) Only real concern about this is that at night, they turn the water off. That makes no sense to me, especially if there's an emergency. - Door security is 24/7, which is great. If you come back in the wee hours, just knock on the door. - The pool and outdoor area is small but lovely. You need to ”reserve” it for an hour (COVID), but there was no problem getting the time we wanted. - This place is very eco-friendly. You'll get one bath towel per person unless you specifically ask for more. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom for my husband and I, which was a little weird. - If you are a Jewish sabbath observer, this place is awesome: inside the eruv, with kosher restaurants and markets close by (and they all deliver!), and a security doorman who will let you in with a knock at the door (rather than having to buzz the doorbell). Also, the big famous hotels, money exchange, etc. are right there as well. If we go back to Mexico City (which was wonderful), we'll stay at Dominion Polanco!

The hotel is in a very nice location, a couple of blocks from Avenida Paseo de la Reforma. The room was very clean and there was a walk-in shower in the bathroom. A nice ce upgrade would be to have USB ports by the nightstand. My issue is with Trip.com. I paid in advance for 3 rooms- one for me and one each for two friends. When I booked the rooms, I listed each of us separately on the online form. I received my confirmation by email and assumed that so did my friends. When we arrived at the hotel, I checked in without issue but when my friends tried to, they were told that no reservation existed for them. This is despite the fact that I had paid by credit card for all three rooms on one transaction. A call to Trips.com did nothing to fix the situation. The reservation number I gave them only had my room listed. My only option now is to dispute the charge once my credit card statement arrives.
