This is a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was great, the room was very clean. My only suggestion would be for the shower head to be cleaned. It sprayed everywhere instead of it falling like a rain shower. That the only point on improvement. Great hotel!

The location is very good as you can walk to the central Zocalo. The staff were also kind and responsive. The building is also beautiful. Breakfast was served buffet style from 7:30am and was delicious. Also, there is a convenience store nearby, which is convenient.

I stayed at another hotel in the middle of the Zocalo a week ago, but it was old and cold, so I changed to this hotel.
This hotel was like a new hotel, and both the room and the restaurant were shiny.
The front desk spoke perfect English, and since it was a late-night flight, they happily kept two large suitcases until 10pm.
The bellboy was always smiling and really refreshing.
7 minutes walk to the Zocalo and 2 minutes walk to the metro pino suares.
I definitely recommend it, but breakfast starts at 7:30 in the morning. This is the only drawback. I want to stay here again next year when I come to Mexico City.

I booked a triple room, but only 2 toiletries were provided, and toothbrushes were only provided on the first day.
The hotel's Internet connection is very slow, and it's very stuck at night and can't be connected at all.
