Parking ok , front desk only one person, no coordination , i was waiting then a person just came up out of no where , front desk attendant didn't care there is no coordination , i know is mexico but litle respect will go a long way. My wife is blind then dining area is in hidden place many many steps, there is no elevator , mexico don't have consideration or regulation for the disabled

The ac was not working properly, I paid for a colonial king which is supposed to be better than a standard room but apparently you get what you get and that’s their last decision, ok my previous stay I also parís for a colonial king and it had a new mini split unit and a much bigger tv which I was able to use to see movies with my 1 year old and watch videos and Netflix, this time I had to use my own laptop because the tv in my room only worked with cable channels which they were only about 15 of them and 3 of them being cartoons the test of them were sports or music

Too many rules, the staff is checking with guests every 5 minutes with different excuses. Also the rooms have different inconveniences. Showers don’t work, the air conditioning is old and not working at all and the rooms have dirty sheets.

Charged for per person for family to visit. Even just one member. No fridges in room, asked for ice they wanted to sell mr a 5 lb bag that i couldn't store anyways because there was no fridge. They also charged for visitors to use parking lot. Terrible!
