Capo La Gala was everything we could ask for. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the property was beautiful, and the rooms were very clean. We arrived late at night but they met us at the door and gave a warm welcome. We had breakfast here every morning and the service and food were great. The pool area was beautiful and again top quality service. They are located outside of the busy areas which is one of the reasons we decided to stay here. Although we were just outside of town, they offered a complementary shuttle into Vico Equense which was very convenient. When we needed to get to Positano or the airport they would have a ride scheduled for us with Jackson & Jackson who were also amazing and always on time.

A beautiful relaxing stay at this boutique hotel located not far from Sorrento. It was the perfect stop before heading to Capri and Postiano. Hotel was lovely and very relaxing. The view from our room was simply stunning. The food was lovely and staff were friendly and apologies I did not get the name of one of the team members who helped book our ferry tickets and transfer to Sorrento for our ferry to Capri. Hotel is nestled into a mountain so few steps down and up but a lift is available. My only disappointment was that for what you pay you would expect breakfast to be fully included, not have some items included and have to pay extra for Egg Royal or pancakes. It's a small hotel so you'd think they could have included all items for breakfast especially when for what they charge. However, having said this I would definitely visit again.

From the minutes we arrived we got a five stars service… the reception the shuttles car the pool attendant..then the view the sunset amazing ..! The front desk give us tips about all restaurants from Sorrento to near by ! I can say they all went above and beyond…I would recommend to stay here to all my friends and relatives..:)

The hotel is amazing. Words cannot convey just how special this hotel is. I have stayed in many hotels around Europe and this is perhaps the one that just takes my breath away. The staff are just adorable, nothing is too much trouble and they treat you as extended family. The team are what make the hotel so unique. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable we really did appreciate it. From the free shuttle into the local village (well worth a look around) to the wow factor of the scenery and the food which was 10/10. Thank you Capo La Gala for making our stay such a memory ❤️

this is an exceptional resort. every part of the hotel was amazing. From when you arrived to when you check out. Spa is great. The restaurant next to the pool is amazing. The drinks are fabulous. The view was amazing. The pool exceptional We ate lunch by the pool twice and really enjoyed it. We also had breakfast twice and each morning and enjoyed it, as well gym was perfect. Everything I need. Good techno Gym Equipment and view was incredible. The only issue we had was the maxi Restaurant at evening. We were not pleased with the food. i don’t recommend

For my 60th birthday we wanted to take the trip of a life time to the Amalfi Coast. This beautiful hotel was the perfect place for us. The staff are all truly amazing. They make you feel so well cared for. The rooms are beautiful and the food is outstanding. We are bringing home such wonderful memories of our time spent at Capo LaGola Hotel. The breathtaking views will be with us forever.

Absolutely stunning location. Staff could not be friendlier and of perfect service at all times. Nothing is too much of an ask. The hotel car / shuttle into Vico is such a wonderful and essential part of the service. It feels exclusive and like you’re part of a family. The sunset views, drinks and food are first class. The view of and proximity to the sea are heavenly. The decor is warm and fashionable. The breakfast was delicious and inventive. The service was attentive but not as warm as one would hope for from a 5 star hotel. All that being said, I feel as though our stay at Capo la Gala was not worth the amount of hyatt points used, particularly given a stay at the Park Hyatts in Paris, Maldives, French Riviera and every other hyatt property are less points. Additionally, the room provided for 40,000+ points in October does not include a balcony - just a very small window from which to view the sea. The most disappointing aspect however is the fact that Capo la Gala does not recognize nor provide any additional benefits to Lifetime Globalists of Hyatt. I realize that complimentary upgrades are not guaranteed and are a luxurious perk for Hyatt Globalists, but when available Mr. And Mrs. Smith properties that take advantage of hyatts booking platform should be happy to provide them. Instead, Capo la Gala charged 100 euro per night for one of the 3 available upgrades during our stay. In summary, very lovely hotel but not if you’re using hard earned hyatt points.

The property is nestled on a rock across a volcano, with offers such serene and beautiful views. Customer service is impeccable. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Daily room cleaning and turndown service. An impressive infinity pool is one of the highlight as the property itself is just breathtaking. Downtown is about 5 min drive, the hotel provides transportation to the center of town. The shuttle runs all day, no reservation needed. Shuttle service until 11:00pm. Which is really nice to not have to plan ahead of time. The spa offers many amenities at no additional cost that specialize in wellness. Body treatments services can be added at an additional cost if interested. We had lunch at one of the restaurant/bars and breakfast every morning. Both delicious. Overall our stay was superb, I would recommend to anyone. And thank you Stella for the warm welcome upon check-in! You made us feel truly special!
