The check in was perfect. The girl at the front desk was quick and responsible with my info. I was impressed with the hot water. As soon as you turned it on, it was HOT!!! no waiting whatsoever. Looked like the hotel was under reconstruction/remodeling. The one that that concerned me was a gate you have to use your card to get access to the complex. But I do like the Safety Measure. Was wondering if I was in a bad part of town but I had no issues. In the morning when I was checking out, my card wouldn't let me back in so I had to go to the front desk to get it re-keyed. Oh and I went out to dinner the night I checked in. No ice machines outside or anywhere to be seen. The new lady(not the one that checked me in) was sort of non-helpful. I called around 8pm and asked her if I could get some ice since it was in the lobby. She told me No because the lobby was closed down at 6pm. I thought, WOW<, she's acting up and won't let someone in the lobby that is staying in the hotel for ice??? I finally talked her into it. When I got to the lobby, I asked where the ice was. She just pointed and said Over there. I looked, didn't see, asked where. She did it again. I finally found the ice machine in the hallway by the restrooms BUT IT WAS DARK...Almost didn't see it...She def HAS NO Work Ethic....Plus the girl that checked me in said her relief was running late. This girl with no work ethic! Other than that, I was fairly happy.
