The room were not locked all the way Had to pay cash for a deposit after already paid And the person checking me in was rude because there was nothing on y'all's website about half the pay cash.

Check in was ok except for outright $20 for arrival. However, the whole environment needs cleaning. Damped rug with stench smell and poor aeration inside the hallway and room.

I like that the hotel was in a convenient location but i didn't like that the room i stayed in had holes in the floor and poor lighting

I got an upgrade from 1 bed to 2 beds, which I appreciated it very much. Thank you. I cannot give more stars because the office was closed at 7 am when I needed to check out and ask for my cash deposit back. I made several calls throughout the morning, but nobody picked up my call.

I never stayed at this hotel. The manager demanded a cash deposit with no receipt )which was not on the website,), refused to put deposit on card, (like other hotels) which made me weary of not trusting him. When traveling no one carries cash. He felt justified. So I am out of $160. I NEVER STAYED.

I wish that I could give negative stars i stayed here 1/1/25-1/7/25 and had to swap rooms 3 times because there were issues with each room. As seen in the pictures that I uploaded it was filthy, missing closet doors but has hinges, hot water was lukewarm, and I had front desk person come with me to check a room and the handle came off of the faucet when I tried to turn the hot water on. I called 800-300-3300 created a case for general manager and was offered 12,000 points which I declined as I spent over $500 for the room. Called the establishment and was denied any sort of refund. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Very dirty, roaches on walls and bathtub, strong bad odor, noisy mini-fridge and ac unit. Will never recommend it to anyone !!!

The comforter and sheets were stained. The tub was dripping the entire time. Someone came in My room without My permission
