We found this hotel in Mersin, where I was first gone, in a hurry. Firstly, it is in a bad location. When you asked the shop around you could answer ”the rooms are not a dress”. When we went to the hotel, the room left for us wasn't cleaned yet they took us to another room and perhaps one room for one person, then one room was available. inside. The clothes' phone flows without any break, what they put on is shampanya, your hair is cloudy, the box's cover is not closed, etc... We said we would leave them all aside and have a nice breakfast when it's morning, but what is possible . Absolutely disappointment. The cooking in the buffet was cold, very little, something we could eat in that small buffet but impossible was also cleaning tables. If you were to work, you might prefer this place alone than Mersin, but with your family, I say don't stay here with your wife.

When I checked in, it happened to be the day before Mid-Autumn Festival. The restaurant was on the top floor of the platform. The sea rose very bright. The hotel is located on the seaside boulevard. We are driving by car and we are not going out. Looking down from the window, there should be a hotel next to the hotel. Shopping in a big supermarket

Amazing experience from start to finish…one day remaining. Mr. Mehmet Sena Karakas at the reception is phenomenal! Mr. Karakas customer service was the best we have experienced in almost 20 years. His attention to detail and guidance was top notch. He was like this to every customer as we observed everytime we were around and about. Even helped us with a top quality local Veterinarian for our dog during a mini emergency. You can’t beat that service. Yunus from the restaurant during breakfast was always nice, very humbled and courteous. The entire Hilton Team here was exceptional and we look forward to coming back in Mersin. We highly recommend this Hilton, this one. Thank you again for the best experience we needed.

I came with the recommendation of the Tarsus Museum official I have surely recommended you to visit this facility. The historic Konak has been transformed into a Tarsus house in a shop hotel. It has been very busy, work and money spent and it is worth it. The Madam of the Powers was very kind and lazy, a hotel official gave me his room. That's so elegant, so beautifully dressed room that he told me that even the room in the palace of the Madame is not so beautiful. I felt like a princess. I had a bathroom with a sticky dress in my room. With this opportunity, I thank the worker and kind Mustafa Bey who prepared a perfect table at the Kudret Lady (🙏 again) and breakfast service, who answered every request with a smile. I recognized a very beautiful facility to come again. I would like to highlight the position of the plant in the heart of the old city.

How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

Best hotel in the town with reasonable price, i spent 2 days there it was just perfect. The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible. The hotel was perfectly clean and fresh looked. If i come to visit Mersin in the future for sure i will chose this hotel agian.

The location of the hotel is a little biased. In the industrial park near the port, you can take the bus No. 12 from the long-distance passenger station. It arrives at 8 am. The front desk will check in in advance. The service attitude is particularly good. Overall, it is very similar to the economic hotel near Guangzhou Airport. Temporary over-reach is still possible
