Everything on your doorstep good 3 star staff 10/10 location 10/10 bus stop outside to Cuitedella and lot's more .The beach is 30seconds walk from the resort and is safe for all you can walk you'r feet off try the lighthouse one way or the beach coves the other way all have bar's to refresh yourself's .

We would use the hotel again but only as a base Room basic but clean Shower was pretty good, but needs updating. Aircon was awful first night, I don't think it was switched on properly, we complained and they sent someone out, it was brilliant after that. Balcony was nice, we had lovely sea views Pool area at the apartments was lovely and clean. Sun beds ok In main hotel access to beach Negatives My bed was uncomfortable. Cocktails were terrible In the apartment area no music No snacks No bar after 6pm Had to pay for a lolly, only had callippo as end of season. Ran out of straws Food offering progressively got worse, hardly any choice, last week for the hotel before closing and you can tell. People this week get a much less AI experience. Wines, red and white awful, white was warm both times I tried it and the coke was syrupy last few days. This week I've had soggy cereal, stale pastries, and bread, and I've lived on cheese sandwiches, with onion on the days it wad available. Salads good quality, but boring. Lots of pastas, meatballs, fish and chips. Desserts poor, but plenty of fruit. Harbour was closing down ready for end of season, lots of places started shutting end of Sept. Best bit weather had been glorious, and the staff are super friendly. This hotel could be fab if they put some effort in. Would do self catering if returned.

Booked this holiday with TUI, transfer was around an hour and ten minutes from the airport after dropping off at other hotels, check in was quick, staff great and welcoming,our room was ready on arrival and very clean and adequate for the two of us, cleaned every day. food was very good, a wide range ,so something for everyone, restaurant staff were all very polite, worked very hard. Bar staff worked tirelessly all day and night , brilliant! Pool area was clean and tidy, easy access to the beach around 20 metres away, only issue with the pool was the amount of children just doing what they wanted, no respect for anyone , at times some adults were much the same, I like to see people have fun but at times very dangerous. On booking this holiday, we were not informed about the fact that the hotel was predominantly catered for Italian and French tourists, around 5% British, all entertainment was explained in Italian, French and Spanish and broken English, they were all very friendly and tried to involve you in all activities, I have to say , the Bravo entertainment team worked tirelessly and were very good during the day around the pool and their evening shows were brilliant, they were seen practicing in the early hours after their evening shows so well done to them. All in all, a nice hotel,clean, tidy and welcoming, location great, next to the beach and marina,

We stayed at the aparthotel across the road and really can recommend the accommodation, pool facilities and the staff. However when it comes to eat, you go to the sister hotel.. a 4 star hotel. To put into context we stayed the first week of October which I can appreciate is coming to the end of the season but I honestly felt like second class guests. The food was appalling, being served incredibly raw chicken to which we watched staff just bring out more instead of removing contaminated chicken. The food was extremely limited and always cold. The hot plates weren't switched on! And it wasn't just us that were dissatisfied, it was the talk of the pool was the awful food quoting a guest "the salad bar is the most appealing part". It wasn't exactly a cheap holiday so to be served this did leave a lasting bad impression and an extra €200 out of my pocket to pay for decent food in the marina. Great area but unless you're going in peak season, try another hotel!

When we got here on Sept 29. Lovely food good for 3 star entertainment team the best. Warm welcome whe we arrived by all staff. Got to Sunday all changed no entertainment team. Worst thing is no Music round the pool in the afternoons. Food is a bit of hit and miss now too . We usally stay at a Globales but if standards are dropping like this them we might at other chains. Hotel and location is good but we expect the same standard by Globales.

Booked all inclusive with TUI. We emailed ahead and asked for a high floor room with a lighthouse view and they very kindly agreed to this. The apartments are about a 2 min walk to the beautiful beach. The All Inclusive buffet is served in the Globales Cala’n Bosch over the road. The food is very good and is a good spread of bread, cheeses, meats, salad, hot food such as chicken Provençal as well as a grill where fish, pork, chicken and steak are cooked to order. Couldn’t fault the drinks which were available San Miguel on draught together with local spirits, tea, coffee and wine. The bar staff worked very hard to keep every one served. Apparently we’re spacious and clean with Linnen changed every other day and cleaning was of a high standard. Rooms have a fridge and kitchenette also. There are 3 pools (one at Globales Calan Bosch and two at Marina Appartments). The pool area was clean and well maintained. The Entertainment is run by an Italian team and very much catered towards Italian guests and whilst not to our taste you could tell they worked hard and were very good with the children there. Overall this was a very nice stay. The only thing that would make it better would be a different bar area without entertainment on an evening for guests who wish to relax with a drink away from the entertainment.

Booked to stay in the apartments next to the main hotel . Lovely room with a view over the pool and the sea . Clean throughout and lovely staff . The only negative i can say is the restaurant is situated in the main hotel but even that seems trivial . The food was plentiful and more than satisfactory . The main hotel fell onto the beach and so many positives i cant mention them all

Why does no one talk about how close this hotel is to the most gorgeous beach!! Such a great area, beautiful harbour and a lovely cove beach! The pools are also great and never a problem getting a lounger. The hotel is everything you’d expect from an all inclusive, clean and good service.

We stayed at the Studio apartment at globales sister hotel here the room very spacious corridor bathroom bedroom/kitchen area fridge toaster kettle hob double bed (2 singles pushed together) spotless clean. House keeping came in every day to clean our room and fresh towels given. Balcony spacious. Our room overlooked swimming pool and the sea. Food was ok some thing for everyone, 2nd week of our stay there seemed to be more variety of choice s Food labeled however (no labels to say what had nuts/peanuts in ) bacon looked like ham. Clean restaurant, staff presence to take your plate or clean tables . Meal times were busy . Noisy. Pool area clean tidy bar only did a few cocktails. Bar staff lovely. Entertainment started 9.45pm the bravo team didn’t seem to include English children , at night time. Overall a lovely recharge our batteries holiday. Towels were put out early even though a sign was up. Jesus the hotel manager lovely gentleman friendly down to earth attentive . Other staff friendly polite.
