很乾凈，舒適，
設施：有空調很乾凈整潔，樓下有小吃
衞生：很乾凈
環境：非常安靜，隔音還不催
服務：叔叔阿姨態度很好，每次去蒙自都來這家

房間雖然小，但是非常乾淨，店家也十分和藹。鄰近紅河學院，走路五六分鐘就到了，考試的同學可以考慮。

老闆態度好 但是房間隔音差（含樓上洗澡） 那個水聲就跟在你衞生間發生一樣 嘩嘩的 空調也不行 總之 不太建議 除非便宜

環境很不錯，雖是自家的小店，但裝修很好，非常乾淨明亮，位置也很好找。
就是價格同比有點高，可能是在大學附近的原因
