Location wise, the hotel is a bit far from the centre like the south lake area. Facilities are very good with big rooms and high quality beddings. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Lunch buffet is a bit bland to be honest. Front desk staff can only offer limited service and help apart from their routine business.

出來出差中秋節也沒回去成，但是還好選擇在紅翔度過了一個愉快的中秋節。入住前臺中秋祝福很暖心，送給我一袋當地的石榴，晚上也邀請一起猜燈謎晚上在大廳過中秋，漢服的服務員也很有儀式感，還沒到房間就感覺到了這家酒店的氛圍，房間很寬敞，裏面贈送的飲料也很意外，視野也足夠的好，還看到了蒙自的藍天白雲心情大好，入住進去打電話給總枱讓多送幾個衣架，她們除了衣架連掛燙機和晾衣桿還有洗衣液都特別送過問我需不需要，這種細節沒有幾家酒店能做到吧，早餐過橋米線也讓人驚歎，總之這是一家既有質感又有人情味的酒店，一步步的俘獲我的心，一個別樣的印象深刻的中秋，感謝紅翔

這是一家有“靈魂”的酒店！從細節入手，點點滴滴都透露出他們服務團隊的專業性。熱情的大堂服務、美味的早餐、房間的用心隨處可見。經常在外出差，從未遇到這樣的寶藏酒店，房間內沒有任何消費項目！這是重點！很多時候不是不願意花錢，而是覺得心裏不舒服！早上因為不方便還給我送了過橋米線在房間，贊贊贊👍以後一定會常來，從內到外都讓我覺得這家酒店配得上賓至如歸四個字！愛了！

看來我的眼光不錯，在幾家酒店裡麪選中這家，一切都如商家展示出來的一樣不管是圖片還是文字，還有評論都很還原，起來晚了工作人員依舊幫我安排了過橋米線吃哦，這一點太讚了吧。我需要多瓶礦泉水泡茶，問了前台多少錢，直接給我免費抱上來了一大桶桶裝水，驚呆我了。這誰抵得住，啊啊啊，服務鎖死我了。早餐房間不多説評論都有，朋友們住酒店選它！！！！前台的遊戲機太復古太好玩兒了，捨不得走了！！！！

酒店離火車站3公里左右，一上車説酒店的名字司機就知道位置，聽司機説很多昆明的來出差都選擇這家酒店。到酒店還沒下車，保安就主動幫助提行李。前台不需要交按金很快速就辦理入住了，幫我套了身份證套，對早餐和方面的免費飲料也介紹得很詳細，房間裏面和圖片一樣的，很乾凈，特別是枕頭有兩個硬的枕

第一次入住紅翔，酒店外觀大氣，設施新，衞生乾淨，房間面積很大床，床品也很舒服，房間還有一個大浴缸哦，還配了茶吧機，房間贈送飲料4瓶，礦泉水2瓶，薯片2包，老闆大氣。來辦理入住的時候前台都帶着口罩，但是隔着口罩也能感覺到她們的熱情哦，貼心的幫我們一行人洗眼鏡，送了一張眼鏡布，還準備了維修眼鏡的小工具，細節真的無話可説，自助早餐簡單乾淨，炒麪粥糕點炒菜都有的，過橋米線是最大的亮點，味道很巴適。餐廳的服務員貼心告訴我們什麼順序倒配料。這家酒店不管是從硬件還是服務上都讓人滿意，為我們一行人本次旅程增加了不少的光彩，下次再見

對於蒙自紅翔酒店我要説太太太棒了
我和我老公也是做酒店的，也是無意間攜程上刷單紅翔酒店的，當時衹是看着比較乾淨，所以預訂了
結果一到店各種驚艷我們讓我給大家詳細道來
到店停好車門口服務員會主動打招呼，前台辦理入住的前台工作人員服務也很棒，看着我戴着眼鏡問我需要幫忙清洗一下眼鏡嗎？我的天哪他們的前台居然有眼鏡超聲波清洗器，正好出來玩比較匆忙眼鏡也臟了。
房間也很乾凈，各種無死角，而且房間裏的水，飲料，小吃，是免費的，免費的。
各個樓層的電梯口還備有一次性用品，很是方便，很貼心。
早餐真的很完美，提供的有過橋米線，真的太棒了，蒙自是過橋米線的發源地，這個太能提現了蒙自的精髓
最後驚艷的地方是酒店的停車場，因為這邊太陽很大，很曬，酒店準備了遮陽板，給每個車都放了遮陽板，真的好貼心好貼心。第一次遇見這麼好的酒店，價格還便宜。真的推薦推薦，會推薦給身邊的人，也是我身為做同行的學習榜樣。希望紅翔酒店生意興隆財源廣進。
