對於20號晚上的前台的態度是非常不滿意的，很氣人，還沒遇到過這樣耐心不足的前台。在客人來時，態度不認真，耐心不足，語氣不好，自己錄錯訊息，還責怪客人，服務態度是真的很差，以後不會再考慮這個酒店了，我不知道她是心情不好還是咋滴，但脾氣發到客人身上就很不對了。作為前台，怎麼説也是一個門面，這樣對待客人真的很不好，所以不好意思差評了。。。
