Lovely inn, highly recommend! Gorgeous garden, quiet but convenient location, and super friendly staff. Our family of four had a very spacious room and we couldn't have been happier with everything at Posada de Rosas. They even kindly arranged for us to check in at 3am after a delayed flight and no-show driver. We were so grateful! We hope to come back to Mendoza and stay here again!

Excellent value and stay! We spent 6 nights at Posada de Roses. Pablo and Matilda were wonderful hosts, and there were a number of nice touches that we liked. Upon arrival, Matilda gave us a tour of the property, and explained the breakfast options. Essentially, they give a voucher for each day's breakfast that can be used at one of 3 local cafes. Over the time we spent there, we ate at all 3 and they were all very good. We enjoyed the variety and thought it was a great idea. We were also given a welcome gift of a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. Nice touches! The yard is beautiful and we spent hot afternoons lounging by the pool reading, swimming, and watching the many hummingbirds. It's a surprising oasis in the city. They run a tourism agency as well and we booked a horseback riding trip/Argentine asado with them, which was absolutely fantastic. The location is in a quiet part of town but close to restaurants, the center, and Parque San Martin. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would say the only criticism would be that the air conditioner made some noise periodically.

The staff was lovely, our room was spacious, and clean. The Posada has six rooms in total, it’s definitely more of a bed-and-breakfast compared to a hotel. Breakfast was included in our stay, however it was not served at the hotel. The owners provide you with voucher to use at 2-3 cafes close by.

You would think it's a small luxury boutique hotel for the price they charge (at least that's what I thought), but it's not. Its very outdated Arbnb with a very limited service and basically no English speaking stuff. The have a cozy but not well maintained backyard with a stand alone one storey building, thats where they put their guests in. The rooms are tiny, the closet is a joke, you barely can put 2 hangers in it, TV and wi-fi didn't work properly, outdated kitchen and bathroom, very poor lightning in the room. What bothered me most was that there was a glass door in the room, you were basically on a display for anyone passing by with a zero privacy. If some of guests are having drink all night and talking, you hear everything since you are basically 1 meter from them. They also tried to sell me excursions which were much more expensive than local travel agencies offer. They also charged me more then I booked my room online for. I wondered why there're no bad reviews since the place is definitively not what advertised, and guess what, upon our departure they specifically asked not to post any negative reviews online.

We were unfamiliar with the posada concept but recommend it warmly. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen. The garden is lovely and has a clean pool. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to look after their guests. Instead of serving breakfast, guests receive vouchers for a group of cafes nearby. It was a thoroughly good system that worked very well. I’d definitely go back if I visit Mendoza again. Thank you, all.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. This is a small posada with rooms that surround a peaceful courtyard with lovely little areas to relax and enjoy the complimentary wine. The rooms are clean and ours even came with a small kitchenette. They do not serve food, instead you are given vouchers to use for breakfast at 3 different restaurants. You can also use the nice gym a block away , also free. The Posada is a good 8 blocks from the center of town, but it is a safe area and Ubers are easy to get. We also took an Uber from the airport, less expensive than a taxi and super quick. The staff speak fluent English and the daughter and dad team are full of suggestions about where to eat and what to do . If you are reading this and want a more intimate experience then this is your place. We

We loved our stay here. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. We were greater with a bottle of wine, fresh fruit and toasts. There is coffee in the room and a small kitchenette. The pool is nice, perfect for a quick dip. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard with a glass of wine. Quiet neighborhood about 8 blocks away from the restaurants and night life. There is free access to a gym near by plus vouchers for breakfast. All and all a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time in the Posada. It is simple but made with much love. The owner helped us organize fantastic tours to a wine yard / bodega, a horse riding excursion to the mountains and a rafting trip. We also got great recommendations for dining places, many in walking distance. This place is for people that want a more personal, less touristy experience in Mendoza. For Breakfast you get vouchers to go to nearby cafes, it is only served there for early morning tours.
