Spa treatment was excellent. Super nice staff, helped me get great flowers for my wife. Had a health concern while there and the staff was right on top of it making sure I was ok. I would definitely return

Room was very large and clean with nice views of the mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms, beautiful public areas. I feel the breakfast wasn’t overly well done, was hard to get any wait stuff to assist. Room service was fast.

The one thing that truly distinguished this beautiful hotel from others was the exceptional personalized attention provided by its highly professional staff.

Larger hotel, but still had personality. Complimentary breakfast. Comfy beds. Walkable to cafes, restaurants, and bars downtown. Good views from rooms on floors probably at least 8 floors up. I was upgraded because of my status with ********** and the suites are huge! The only thing that I thought would could be better was the shower was quite tight

Excellent stay and was happy. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was consistently professional. I also liked that the majority of the staff spoke English too. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to restaurants, cafés, and shops. The free breakfast was a major plus and made life so easy. A major plus is that it’s a common pickup and drop-off point for wine tours, which made planning excursions very easy. Overall, a great balance of comfort, convenience, and quality. Would definitely stay here again.

The value for the price on this hotel was outstanding! The staff were all super nice. The hotel is nice and clean, though you can tell it's an older building and some of the trims and fixtures could use a little updating. The location is fantastic. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety.
