We were exceptionally pleased with the service we received here. At check-in, we were greeted as Platinum Elite members and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we received Platinum benefits. There is a charge for valet parking, but the cost was a bargain, for the service. We ordered room service for dinner, for which there is an additional charge, but it was well worth it, because - again -we had exceptional service. Food was very good for dinner and even better, for breakfast. Our room was very clean, with soft beds. It was more quiet than we had anticipated, but that may be because Beale Street is actually about a block away. Hotel is in a great location, right across the street from Fedex Forum and the Memphis Rock & Soul Museum. Easy drive to Graceland. Also, there are many great restaurants within 1 to 2 miles of this hotel. We will definitely keep this hotel ”on the radar” for a future visit !

This is an amazing olde worlde grand hotel, with a lovely bar area, cafe, shops where the staff are friendly and helpful. The standard rooms are in some need of attention to detail and upgrade in my experience. I would agree with previous reviews that if you have a problem (my problem was during the evening/night) the customer service/ management assistance and resolution are sadly lacking and not very good. However once the issue had been sorted out we enjoyed a lovely few days here.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . Staff super friendly love this place . Bar is awesome love the video games to play in lobby . The staff is super friendly an helpful . Food is delicious . Dog friendly our puppy was so happy . Room is awesome bed is super comfortable. The shower is amazing staying another night for sure one of the best places ever !!!

Was here for a conference at the adjoining conference center. Don't let the close proximity to the Renasant tempt you to stay. Half of the people I traveled with had broken air conditioning in their rooms, some having it break in the middle of the night. I had to switch rooms as the first was 85 degrees and had ants crawling on the AC unit. The bathroom makeup mirror was broken and so were the racks holding the shampoo and conditioner. The second room was a little better but was still very dirty. There was a dirty washcloth left in the sink for the first two days. The duvet and carpet had dirt on it and part of the floor was sticky. The hallways are stuffy, humid, and musty, the elevators seemed like they are falling apart, and the skybridge to the conference center smelled like mold. As others have mentioned, the restaurant in the lobby is extremely expensive for what you get so don't bother. The hotel is also on the edge of downtown and we didn't feel very comfortable walking to places. The place really needs a refresh.

There are some snacks (popcorns and the like) in the hotel room that can be enjoyed free of charge. The hotel room is ok, but we live in a suite with an outdoor deck that can go out and enjoy the exterior. The terrace is large and connected to the next room. There is no problem with security. All the platforms need to be swiped before they can enter. There are leisure sofas on the platform, but there are more dust on the sofa and coffee table and the ground, as well as spider webs. The hotel is located in a large outdoor goods store. The interior decoration is very special. Some real animal specimens, birds, deer, etc. can be seen everywhere. There are also some introductions to the origin of the hotel, which is very story-like. I like to enjoy life in the American country. There is also a battlefield in the mall. There are guns and ammunition on the second floor. On the first floor, there are various mountain bikes, there are various fishing gears and swimwear, and a The harbor pier has a lot of local fish in it. There is also a city called Memphis in Egypt. The shape of this hotel is designed as a pyramid. From the second floor, it is designed as a hotel room along the inner circle of the pyramid. The middle part and the first floor of the pyramid are shopping malls, restaurants, bowling alleys and shooting clubs. The top floor is the observation deck and the steakhouse. The hotel is relatively new, the room is relatively large, that is, the windows of some rooms are facing the indoor shopping malls, the shopping malls are exquisitely arranged, and the view from the room is also a scene. In short, to travel to Memphis, this is a place worth living.

We came to Memphis for the first time, to tour a school for our son. Our stay was made beautiful by Chef Zee, with her warm service and engaging conversation. She ensured we enjoyed our breakfast and gave us tips for places to see around town. We truly appreciate her and will look for her when we return.

The hotel location wasn't bad. Loved the Elvis homage.... room wasn't the cleanest, bathroom and walls could use a good clean and paint job. Didn't have breakfast. So I can't say much. But for the price I paid, I can't complain. Don't mind going back there.

Guest House was beautiful. It felt as if I was walking into a movie scene. Very beautiful place. They have a movie theater with free Elvis movies each night, food was excellent and service was superb. Location is great and very secure. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. I wish we could have stayed longer.
