Check in and out was a breeze. Every was explained in detail and they accorded late check out for 2 extra hours which we appreciated.
One feedback is the beds. Not sure why it moves so much. It disrupts our sleep at night. Other than that, this hotel provided what we needed for our short holiday.

Nice hotel in Melbourne cbd. Walking distance from the skybus from the airport. Free breakfast was good too.

位置方便，門口有停車位，接人方便，房間安靜。酒店有早餐，預訂時攜程如果沒有加價比較合適，加價的話就不值了，酒店包早餐，每天一樣，簡單西餐。酒店算乾淨，打掃一般，第一天早晨浴室沒有熱水，在浴室放水放了快半個小時，勉強洗了澡，發了郵件後，後幾天洗澡水沒有問題了。打掃不補咖啡，少放毛巾，不套枕套，輪番上陣。標準房是1.5米大床和雙人床隨機，翻身時震動感很強，浴室衹有玻璃，不隔光，用衞生間時不小心開大燈，就完全被照到。可以住，同等價位也可以再挑挑。

這個酒店位置非常好，去南十字車站衹要5分鐘，路口過馬路就是。而且周圍商業吃飯比較多，去Dfo步行也就10分鐘。去市中心都可以免得公交車。很方便。離唐人街也不遠。床很大，酒店還提供免費早餐。品種不多但絕對可以吃飽。

The Room is Amazing. Staff that are working in Reception are all very easy to talk to and approachable and super helpful. Room is tidy and the view is beautiful.Overall my stay with Holiday Inn Express are very convenient and overall process is smooth.
