Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne

Located just a few hundred meters from Chinatown, there's an abundance of delicious food right outside the door, more than you could possibly try. The room was quiet for sleeping, even though it was small. Overnight parking next to the hotel was $45.

I stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent, very convenient for shopping and sightseeing, being close to a shopping center and the State Library. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided clear explanations. The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. I had no complaints at all. The instant coffee and tea amenities were consistently replenished, which was a nice touch. Although they don't provide PET bottled water in the room, there's a refill station for PET bottles next to the reception on the ground floor, so it wasn't an issue. The only things to note about the room amenities were the absence of a toothbrush, slippers, and a safe deposit box, but these weren't major problems for my trip. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Hygiene: The hygiene was really good, and the staff were all very warm and patient. Food: The breakfast was standard Western fare, quite extensive. Location: It's very close to Chinatown and Kmart, making dining and shopping convenient. Note: You'll need to bring your own toiletries and slippers. Downside: One thing I really couldn't understand though was why there was no duvet cover; they used two sheets to sandwich the duvet. I just don't get it.

Since we arrived early in the morning, the hotel was excellent. They knew my wife was pregnant and allowed us to check in a little earlier so she could rest properly. Overall, it was good, apart from a bit of noise. However, I think this is due to poor sound insulation, a problem that seems to be common throughout Australia. It's very convenient though, with bus and light rail stations right downstairs, making it easy to get to various attractions.

Great location in the CBD, with a convenience store right outside and Chinatown just around the corner. The price is reasonable, and the staff are all very warm and friendly. Definitely a hotel worth staying at!

A really nice hotel in Melbourne's CBD, close to Chinatown! We arrived super late, around 2 AM, but the front desk staff was very welcoming and check-in was smooth. Our room even had a balcony, a decent size, and it was pretty quiet. Just a heads-up, they don't provide slippers, so I'd recommend bringing your own, along with a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Stayed here on our last night in Melbourne and it exceeded my expectations. The property is very new and comfortable. The front desk staff were super friendly and provided a lot of detailed information. The hotel's location is also great and easy to find, with various restaurants nearby.
