The location is superb, right opposite the Central Station. It's super convenient for day trips as the meeting point is just downstairs. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but its central location in the city makes up for it. Plus, you can use the tram for free! Overall, I'm quite satisfied!

The room was more spacious and comfortable than I expected. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lovely scent of the shampoo! The location is great too, so I'd love to stay here again!

Stayed here with my family and it was perfect for a family of four (parents + children)! Having two single beds was great as my sibling and I could have our own beds. We chose the apartment, which was lovely as we could cook our own meals.

The heating did not work in any of my rooms. The carpet was dirty and the cleaning service was shabby as well. Overall it was a pretty bad experience at this hotel. One of rooms was constantly smelly too.

Great location, worn down facilities. Clean and adequate though. Poor sound proofing of room so glad I took earplugs. Overall did the job and worthwhile for the convenience of being close to southern cross.
