Dorsett Melbourne

Hotel has all the essential needed such as bathing shampoo, hair shampoo, hair dryer and towels! The location was very accessible to the tram, bus and train station within walkable distance :) there’s also Coles and laundromat nearby ! The hotel interior was new and clean generally, bedroom shoe, toothpaste and toothbrush are generally upon request. The reception is always very busy due to many guests. Location and the price per night was something that made it worthy! ☺️

I had a pleasant stay and found the staff to be friendly and attentive. Complimentary bottled water was provided, and the team was happy to replenish it whenever needed at no extra charge. Guests who opt out of housekeeping can receive dining credits, which was a nice bonus. I received AUD 30 in dining credits during my stay and used them for breakfast on my final day. The credit offered was AUD 10 on weekdays and AUD 20 on weekends. The breakfast was decent, although the selection was somewhat limited considering the price of AUD 30 per person. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Spencer Outlet Centre and Coles supermarket, making shopping and daily essentials easily accessible.

Topnotch front desk service, very clean and quiet room with modern aesthetics. It was a very enjoyable stay in dorsett and i’ve found my Go to hotel in melbourne! They do live stream of worldcup football matches as well in the lobby and there’s vending machines there along with old school arcade games. And at night only guests can access the hotel with key cards so it adds one another protective layer of security

Dorsett Hotel was great as we stay close to my son birthday 🎂. They set the bed with little birthday gifts (bear & mini box of chocolate) and Happy Birthday Letters on the bed. Room was huge and location make us have pleasant stay. Breakfast menu also need to be improves. Make your menu more International to attract more return guest. Once again, Thank you for the birthday setting on the bed.

Beautiful, spacious King bed room. The amenities were great - there are sauna, jacuzzi, pool and gym. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I was very pleased with the service and stay that I will consider Dorsett for future stay again. Location is very near Southern Cross Station and Skybus.
