A very beautiful service apartment with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. No housekeeping service for the entire stay, you can get towels and bathroom amenities etc at the reception during office hours.

The service apartment is very spacious, new and clean. My apartment is about 500 sq ft, with an open kitchen with sufficient utensils, a big bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, and a spacious living room and working area. Wifi is stable. My apartment is located on the 15/F, and there is a nice view of the city. The building is located within the free tram zone, so it is very convenient to travel within the city central. Highly recommended for visitors.

The hotel environment and facilities are good, the reception in the lobby is polite and very comfortable; it was winter when I traveled, the exhaust line in the bathroom was very windy, and the shower was very cold; instead of cleaning and taking out the trash every day, cleaning services will be provided every 6-7 days.

The location of the apartment hotel is great. It's close to Flagstaff Gardens. Downstairs is Flagstaff Railway Station and several tram stops. About 1 km further is Coles. The hotel environment is also very good and all facilities are complete.

The room was new, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stoves. If you get tired of eating outside, you can cook instant noodles, dumplings, etc.
Since it is an apartment, it will not be cleaned every day, and there are no slippers, combs, and toothbrushes, so you need to prepare these by yourself. The front desk closes at 6pm, so be aware of your arrival time.
The location is excellent, a 10-minute walk from the Southern Cross Station of the airport skybus. In the free tram zone, you don’t have to pay to ride the tram at most attractions.
All in all, a very good holiday residence.

The overall feeling of staying here is very good! The room is large and the kitchen is very well equipped. It's only a 5-10mins walk from southern Cross Station, and it's very convenient to take the airport Skybus.
