Decent stay with highlights and lowlights. The service is excellent—the receptionists are lovely and the lucky draw was a nice surprise. The rooms are huge, which is great for comfort. Unfortunately, the facilities feel a bit tired (stained carpets in the hallway) and housekeeping missed the trash during the room makeup. An 'okay' stay overall.

The room Is spacious and the service is better than average. One for one night stay, we didn’t have much requirement and expectation. But the best and the worst is the location, it just besideu the roadside, easy to find and free parking as well. Our room is at level 3 and windows face to the roadside, the noisy is until the midnight, one have few hour silent mode (2am-4am).

Hotel a bit old and rundown, room with dusty smell, toilet with sewage smell and rubbish in toilet bin was not cleaned, we complained to the receptionist and she sends the housekeeper immediately. At the end the receptionist changed room for me as the sewage smell still exists. The elevator have little issues, sometimes the button not responded. All staffs are friendly and helpful, but the hotel definitely needs some renovations and upgrades.

The location is near klebang..but at night the parking area very dark..the hotel room is very old but big..only stay one night..

Outside look ok, room got fungus smelly, aircond not cold and leaking, very vintage and old room, towel also got smelly.
