I booked a city view room, but the front desk changed it to a semi-river view room, where you can see the river view from the side. I left a small item when I checked out. I came to Meizhou on a business trip with my colleagues. At first, I accidentally discovered this hotel. After reading many people's reviews, I thought it should be good, so I booked a twin room with two breakfasts and two dinners. The overall style of the hotel is quite grand, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The two 1.8-meter beds in the room are really super comfortable, and the quilt and mattress are also the most comfortable I have ever used! The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western and quite rich! The two-night set meal is authentic Hakka white-cut chicken and stuffed tofu. In general, it is very cost-effective. A luxurious large room is provided for us to use for dinner, which is full of ritual! The hotel's service staff are also very professional, and you can feel their proactive service.

This is a very distinctive hotel. The rooms are spacious and the hotel environment is clean. The room layout is very good, elegant and romantic. The service is thoughtful, which makes people feel very comfortable and creates a feeling of home for me. The waiters in this hotel are all polite, warm and thoughtful. The hotel also provides free tickets to the scenic spot. The night view of the scenic spot is beautiful and worth seeing. I will come again next time.

He learnt that we are foreigners of Hakka descendent & visited Meizhou for local cuisines, immediately recommended few restaurants & interesting places for us to explore. He helped us booked Di Di online, ordered food delivery to hotel before we departed to next city & even prepared disposable utensils for our meals in the high speed train, really appreciate his detailed observation & consideration! Sam extended his service beyond my expectation! LOVE the location, quiet & spacious room. People's Square is right across the street. Fresh air & greenery in the morning. When dark falls, the whole park turns into fun fair ground for kids, dancing field & karaoke place for the adults. Will return staying in this hotel without hesitation.

When I came to Meizhou for the first time, I chose White Swan. The room is quite large and the price is reasonable! The young lady at the front desk, Yang Wan, was even more enthusiastic in helping us find a suitable restaurant, and her service attitude was 100%! Looking forward to having the opportunity to come back and play again!

It's strange why a hotel with good ratings in all aspects is only rated 4.5. I almost missed it. . Compared with other hotels with the same rating, it is not at the same level. . The hotel is conveniently located and convenient to go everywhere. Meizhou Academy, Jiangbei Old Street, Huang Zunxu's former residence, Hakka Museum, Dongjiang Academy, Catholic Church, and even the Thousand Buddha Pagoda are all within walking distance. . The hotel room is super large, with a 2-meter bed, a full floor-to-ceiling glass, overlooking the city view, a bathtub, a comfortable bed, and a clean and spacious toilet. . There are laundry rooms and gyms. . Breakfast is in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, with many choices, and the freshly cooked pickled noodles and clear soup meatballs are delicious. . The service is particularly good, the attitude is sincere, and they take the initiative to introduce various practical facilities. .

The location is off the downtown area and a sort of resort, so it is not centralize and slightly inconvenient. There are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby if you need to buy anything. Rooms are clean but there were some insects around as it is located on a hill area. However, overseas credit card such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard cannot be used.

This 4-star hotel is completely out of date. Except for the large room, other aspects seem to be unsatisfactory: the equipment is really too old, the slippers are also cheap, the TV is super small and can't be turned on, the breakfast room and the corridor have a strong odor, and the worst thing is that you have to pay extra for adding a bottle of water. This is the second hotel I have encountered in this 28-day trip. The first one is Xiamen Henglong Garden Hotel. In addition, the health package in the elevator is simply speechless.
