梅河口賓館非常棒！首先是外部環境沒有哪個酒店能比，門前擁有特別大的庭院，停車根本不用擔心，停車位極為充裕，這絕對是自駕出遊者的福音。其次，房間大，用品全，衞生間乾濕分離，床品和洗浴用品都乾淨衞生，房間內沒有任何異味，床鋪舒適，住着非常放心。第三，服務人員訓練有素，熱情親切，使人感到賓至如歸。最後，早餐很棒，因為賓館本身就有酒店，所以早餐做的很好。我這次出行體驗了十六家賓館，比較之後感覺梅河口賓館性價比最高，而且名副其實，絕對值得推薦。

親子出行。停車位多，環境挺好的，離河邊和小公園都比較近，服務態度也超級超級好，退房以後前台的漂亮小姐姐給孩子一個小風車，孩子特別高興👍🏻

政府接待賓館，以前是高不可攀的地方，現在改制也必須掙點小錢，但服務人員多少還喜歡看人接待😄，不是接待不好，是股子裏的習慣，西餐種類不是太滿意，但三百左右的價格也可以

服務人員很專業，我當時定的大床房，二十九號入住，想換雙床房，沒換上，稍微有點失望，六點服務人員熱情，早餐不錯，種類多，吃的口味也可以，還贈送兩瓶啤酒梅河口精釀，哈哈梅河口用心了

位置非常好，周邊沿江有早市。
假期來梅河口，其他賓館都溢價，梅河口賓館價格適中，難能可貴，房間乾淨，人員服務態度好，車位充足，房間非常安靜，熱水壓力足洗澡非常舒服。
梅河口非常美麗，梅河口賓館作為梅河口老牌賓館，這樣的入住體驗令人非常滿意，無疑是給梅河口這座旅遊城市增光添彩啦！下次來梅河口首選梅河口賓館

不敢相信竟然有那麼多好評，本來以為開業早，硬件不行軟件來補，沒想到落差很大。酒店房間氣味刺鼻的很，應該是粉刷大白的味道，更換了兩次才好一點，樓層服務員很冷漠，一副什麼都不知道，事不關己的態度，凡事都要住客找前台處理。房間被褥很潮濕，住了一晚很不舒服，還好衹是住了一晚，不然第二天肯定換別家酒店。早餐也一般般吧。帶着長者孩子，比較失望的一次入住體驗。
