Location, neatness & good customer service most expecially the receptionist on duty yesterday 24/10/2025 & this morning when i was checking out. Give your hotel 100%.

Good thing about this hotel is near to Masjid.Nabaw from south directioni. But for women, it will take quite some time to go into the masjid. However, it's quite pleasant stay here, though the room is not quite big.

A good location for men as it is close to the Rawdah gate, but somewhat far from the women’s entrance. Overall, it is good.

The hotel is good and very close to Masjid Nabawi. Overall, everything was fine. However, I would advise not to book the 10th floor. There is a constant noise, likely from the generator or equipment on the rooftop, which can be disturbing during the stay. It’s better to choose rooms on the lower floors for a more comfortable experience.

Good experience. Clean room and nice bathroom with all required toiletries. Iron and stand as well.

Every thing was great except washroom, it was little congested, hardly a minute walk to haram gate 301, overall recommended

Nusuk Al Hijrah is about 2 Minutes walk to Haram, but if you have Ladies/Girls, it is far from the nearest gate for ladies Staff are friendly and helpful, there is onsite resturant and cafe (my booking wasn't include food so extra change applies)

The house keeping is very very poor. No one will answer you if you needed anything. You have to go to reception and it is not guaranteed to be served. They need to increase their staff immediately.

The hotel was disappointing. The staff was not helpful, and the cleanliness was poor—the toilet and room were not properly cleaned. The checkout time was too early; even though I checked in at 4 PM, I received a call saying I had to leave by 1 PM. Luckily, I was ready with my small hand luggage. The only good thing was the location, as it is very close to the Prophet’s Mosque.

Our 1st room was untidy, smelly and dark. This was situated on the 4th floor. We request to change our room and without any issue room was changed. We were on the 10th floor, room were clean and tidy *************. Overall no issue, near to haraam (prophet mosque) gate no 302 & 303. Please note these gates are far from ladies gates which are 328.329.330, therefore please keep in your mind. Bathroom was clean and roomy :) Overall didn't found any issue.

Good position, so near from Rawdah gate. So many shoppes store nearby with less pricey.

The location is excellent as its few minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi. And the staff are always willing to help. I enjoyed my stay
