Hotel was close to the airport. Offered a shuttle service. Sports Bar and restaurant was reasonably priced. Service was great. Front Desk staff awesome. Room was stocked well and very clean. Hotel was very quiet. Bed above all was very comfortable. Will stay here again.

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaints were the tv - the sound was tinny and annoying and the noisy, obnoxious light in the bathroom. Hint - use the timed heat lamp and avoid the buzz. Extra compliments to our server, Jessica, at The Grill restaurant, who went out of her way to make our dining experiences special.

The staff was friendly, the complementary breakfast was great, the pool and gym were nice. The room was pretty nice and big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids... The only complaint is that the room and bathroom definitely needed more cleaning done. But overall experience was good. I would most likely go back and stay again if i needed to.

The room was dark, we almost wanted to ask to change it but stayed since we were there for one night. Had a window but no view at all.
The building is old, but I couldn’t expect more because of the price.
Location is great, and the breakfast was good.

I stayed for 6 weeks at this property while I’m in town at a local hospital as a travel worker. As a former hospitality/sales employee, I will say this place has amazing bones, but it’s about 10 years overdue for a remodel. It’s very clean, but extremely dated. I stayed in 6 different rooms and the amenities were hit and miss. WiFi is surprisingly fast here I will say!
Some preventative maintenance would go a long way: outlets don’t hold cords in, almost every tv receiver is detached, tub floor grip is non-existent, pillows are flat, etc. -nothing that can’t be remedied. All-in-all I think the price they charge for what you get is fair.
My only real complaint every week was noise. It’s SUCH a noisy property, and there’s little to no sound proofing. My most recent stay I let the front desk know of a child screaming down the hall (three rooms away) for hours on end and nothing was done. This issue remained for the duration of my stay after notifying someone twice. For this reason I won’t be staying again.
Your staff is incredibly nice, but when issues arise they need to be willing to take care of it before you lose business.

The staff is outstanding. They were friendly from the check-in to check out. Always helpful w/info and pleasant to deal with.
The room was clean & larger than I thought it would be. You can hear the street noise but no more than I can at home. They do have a really nice complementary breakfast that isn’t your usual cereals, coffee & bagels.

Check-in was easy and fast, abd our top floor reqyest grabted. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bed comfortable. The carpet could stand to be upgraded. I did trll the front desk that our sink drained slowly (room 425). The cooked to order breakfast was wonderful, the waitress was ftirnfly and professional, and the price for the stay was quite reasonable. I'd definitely stay here again!
