Selvario 36 Hotel

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities and attention to detail. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness throughout the property and the high level of customer service provided by every team member. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt valued as a guest. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future! Highly recommended!

Good luck all zones, only need more cleaning in the pool and jacuzzi room, and the pool need heating. The pool have dirty water and mildew.

Selvario was a great stay! Everyone was super welcoming and helpful, location is also great for walking around and as a starting point to any itinerary. Rooms are very confortable and clean. The breakfast included is good, a bit of a down because its a la carte which means it takes longer waiting time. Rest is great! for sure will repeat on my next visit.

Nice hotel and local but the staff service was bad. Had to text through the app for help needing to turn on the jacuzzi they wouldn’t response back until you kept

The location is in a very convenient spot. Honestly you pay for what you get and the quality is great. The only thing I would say is the balcony view in the is nothing amazing so I’m not sure it’s worth paying extra for the balcony due to the building next to it blocking the views. Rooftop has great views. The food is great. The staff is really nice and helpful. I’d definitely come back I just won’t get the balcony next time and save myself the extra money for that. The jacuzzi is nice but the jets are strong and splashes water EVERYWHERE but I still enjoyed it regardless

Every morning they greeted us with warmth and made sure we felt taken care of. Their kindness and attention to detail really stood out. The breakfast offered a unique variety each day, with a great combination of options that kept things interesting and enjoyable. Dinner was also excellent—delicious, well-prepared meals that exceeded expectations. Overall, this hotel delivers not just comfort, but a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful room but amenities are a bit lacking. Overall though, a great stay.
