Lets start before arriving the staff was always on top of everything, including that you have a safe and affordable transportation to arrive. The manager patracia was helpful with everything that I need, request or just ask for information. She aher staff (Elizabeth, Franklyn, Alvaro and Maria) was always kind and helpful. Definetetly next time when I come back, dont need to look where to stay. This is the place for me! Thanks guys for me my days better!

They have stated on *********** that the rooms are soundproof, which is not true. The noise from the bar down is ongoing until 1 AM at least, you can literally hear any kind of noise from every room, the walls are thin as paper. You can hear a lot of noise from the lobby since the terrace is always open, and there is a lot of noise in the morning too. The general manager Camilo was unwilling to process a refund and offered me another room instead, but all of them are on the same floor, so that would not solve my problem. So basically they just took out the money from me, telling me that my reasons aren't legit. Very sad and poor customer service. Final thoughts are: I don't recommend going there if you want to get some nice sleep.

The front desk staff was friendly, however, the place is super small, noisy (as it is on top of a bar) and the rooms are EXTREMELY small. The pictures online make them seem much larger than they actually are. In addition, the cleaning staff would not change the sheets, give us extra shampoo or toilet paper.

This is a small hotel in the heart of Park Lleras, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast is included and very good

The hotel itself is in a great location in Poblado. It's affordable and the staff are very helpful/accommodating. Room is small but functional. Small breakfast with 2 fried eggs, some bread, coffee and juice. The BIG downside: It's right above a BBC (Bogota Beer Company) bar so you can expect to hear loud music all night until they shut down, which could be anywhere from midnight to 3-4 am. Even the hotel blasts music in its lobby until guests complain (I did). If you're here in Medellin to party all night and need a good place to crash, this is your place. If you're looking for a hotel to get a good night sleep in before working the next day, then look elsewhere.
