Excellent location , good staff . Small rooms , no separate bathrooms, just a glass partition. Breakfast, nothing special. Lot of other options , it’s ok , if the room were under thirty dollars

The property is in the party's heart, making it noisy. The staff was friendly, and the price was good. I didn't get a lot of sleep because the party always is continuing.

LOUD BOOM BOX MUSIC until 0400, we had to move out of the hotel to another one and lose the money paid for 2 days. The problem we have is that there is no clear warning about this in ******* before booking the hotel room, maybe it is on the fine print but not as apparent as the sign next to the reception desk that says.
We inform you that around our hotel, there are discos, bars and restaurants since we are located in the lleras park.
We want to warn that these places fenerate high noise possibly until 0400 am. For this reason, if your visit is for work or for rest we recommend another type of acomodation for your tranquility and comfort.

Upon checking in we were told we need to purchase insurance. Relatively cheap ($5) but still have no idea what it was for. Also for any guest coming to your room they want 100,000 pesos. I wish it was mentioned too.
There is a nightclub in the same building and if they turn up the volume (base) you are guarantied staying up till 4 am. Earplug do not help when your internal organs are shaking.

Cons:
-Hotel is located very close to the bars and noise can be heard in the room a lot
-Not a great place to stay if you want to relax and sleep at night
-AC does not work properly
-Only 1 key card will be given even you booked for 2 guest
-key cards are needed to operate the electricity of the room so its hot all the time when you leave the room
-No hair blow dryer in the room
-Safe box is not working
-There are insects in the room
-Wifi is super slow and gets disconnected in my room
-No outlet plug by the bed to charge your phone
-The laptop table is damaged
-Not enough darkening blinds in the room
-The floor outside gets wet whenever you shower
-No ramp outside for the luggage so either you ask for help with the Front desk or you’ll struggle to carry your luggage up the lobby
-Bed sheets have stains
-Room is very small with weird Bathroom
