Viajero Medellín Hostel

Pros: fantastic social hostel. Events are held most days (dance classes, football games, cocktail making). Loud music and party held on rooftop is loud (and fun), but couldn't hear it when in rooms (we were on floor 3 of 5). Great location with good food options and 10 minute walk from the subway. Downstairs had a good co-working area and comfy seats with a small but useful kitchen. Cons: bed sheets were not clean and there were lots of small bugs on the bed. Very off-putting getting into a bug filled bed. It didn't look like this was the case for the other beds in the room so likely not a major issue, perhaps we were unlucky.

They said it was a nice social HOSTEL and it is. The downside from this is that it is very close to tennis court, where they also host dance classes. These classes are very loud and they start early in the morning which makes it annoying if you had a rough night partying

I had an absolute blast at Viajero Medellin Hostel! The atmosphere here is electric, and you can really feel the party vibe from the moment you step in. The salsa classes? Total game-changer! Trust me, you won't regret it! --- Staying at Viajero Medellin Hostel was one of the highlights of my trip! The place is buzzing with energy, and the party scene is unforgettable. I took a few salsa classes that left me craving more; the instructors really knew how to get everyone into the groove. After dancing, the hostel hosts some great social events that kept the good times rolling. I loved meeting fellow travelers and sharing stories over drinks. If you’re up for a vibrant, social experience and want to sharpen your salsa skills, this is definitely the spot! You’ll have a fantastic time!
