想預定入住者慎思!!!!! 到了飯店,checkin 時櫃檯人員完全不會說英文,又找不到我從trip.com訂的房間,還說當天房間全滿了,要我自己想辦法. 要來住這間的人要注意有可能從這網站上訂會找不到訂單以致無法入住.當下跟Trip.com反應,他們也說沒辦法聯絡,最後沒地方住,自己又訂了別的住宿.想申請退款Trip.com卻說我已完成入住無法退款.實在離奇的一個訂單和完全無法溝通的飯店.

We went for our anniversary and I was delighted with everything. I had my husband prepare a surprise anniversary decoration for our anniversary, and he was delighted. The room is very nice, but the shower is very uncomfortable for women. The lady who works during the day was very attentive to us and made herself available to us. We loved the rooftop; we had a delicious lunch and dinner there. I think the breakfast should be more varied because it's very poor in quantity and flavor.

El hotel es pésimo, no dan toallas ni nada de aseo , la única toalla que había estaba cortada por la mitad, nunca funcionó el TV de la habitación y tampoco hubo agua caliente. El desayuno horrible y el servicio en el restaurante fatal. No vayan.
