Very clean room. Very nice counter staffs and good housekeeping staff. A tip top budjet hotel. Located near to Centre Point and Podomoro Mall. Easy to find food. Breakfast is modestly good with the price offered.

Several things happened during my stay that made me decide I’ll never stay at this hotel again.
1. I extended my stay online for one more night early in the morning on my original check-out date. Despite that, a staff member came knocking at my door at 12:30 PM telling me I had to leave the room.
2. I lost my key card, and when I informed the staff, they charged me 100K IR—which is totally fair. What wasn’t acceptable was that they told me even if I later found the card, they wouldn’t refund the money.
3. There were ants in the room.

The best budget hotel I have ever stayed in Medan. I was upgraded to the Executive because the price I paid for the Double Room in the Trip app, was a little bit higher, but still much lower than the real price of the Executive room.
I was in doubt for staying in this hotel since the price they provided has no breakfast, but who needs it if you can order food online.
At night, the staff will make a call to say they have a promo dinner at the restaurant.
The best room if you are staying with your partner or family, but still need to bring your laptop 😁
