Wir waren wiederholt im Restaurant des Hotels. Die Speisen sind qualitativ und geschmacklich sehr gut. Die Anrichtung der Speisen zeugt von der Küche mit hohem Niveau. Hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Atmosphäre so wie die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonals. Es war wieder ein gelungener Abend. Eine kleiner Wunsch an die Geschäftsleitung: bitte tauschen Sie die antiquierten Salz- und Pfefferstreuer gegen entsprechende Salz- und Pfeffermühlen aus. Dr. J. König

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und ich bekam ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf das Südufer der Müritz. Anders als bei vielen Hotels gibt es hier ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Hotel befindet sich etwa 10 Kilometer außerhalb von Röbel. Mangels Alternativen ist das Restaurant recht hochpreisig, die Qualität meines Essens war aber ausgezeichnet und die Bedienung zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und die Produkte alle frisch.

Während einer Anfrage am Morgen nach unserer Anreise an der Rezeption wurde ich als Rollkomando bezeichnet. Uns wurde das falsche Zi. zugewiesen. Während eines völlig unprofessionellen Verhaltens einer Hotel-MA/in wurde uns klar gesagt. Dann fahren sie doch nach Hause! Diese Ansage haben wir bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt schon gesagt bekommen. Eigentlich hatten wir gehofft, daß so etwas ein einmaliger verbaler Ausrutscher war. Leider nicht. Das Appartement ist auch in keinem guten Zustand, gemessen an dem extremen Preis. Alte verwohntes Mobiliar, Deckenbeleuchtung defekt. Funzeliges Licht im Bad. Der Preis ist völlig ungerechtfertigt. Zimmerreinigung wird in dem Hotel nur auf bitte der Gäste durchgeführt. Ohne vorherige Info an die Gäste. Seit Corona wird der Zimmerservice nicht mehr regelmäßig täglich durchgeführt. Wie ist sowas überhaupt vertretbar.
