La atención del personal pésima, todo el tiempo están de malas y te contestan fatal. El único que siempre te recibe y te atiende bien es el guardia que te ayuda con el ingreso del carro.

The hotel is nice. Safe and great parking. A little dark in the room due to limited lighting and breakfast was not ready on time.

The room was clean, friendly staff, the outdoor pool was nice although it was a little dirty. Our only big complaint is the wifi, it worked in our room for about an hour or two then went out so we basically had no wifi during our stay. Overall it’s a decent hotel for the price.

The staff and location are excellent. Cleanliness and general maintenance has deteriorated. We stayed on that hotel when it was almost new, the facility has deteriorated more than expected. The bed sheet was stained, which was a big turn off.

We asked ahead of time for two connecting rooms for us and our children, but they put us on two different floors. It was too late at night to attempt to find another hotel, so we stayed. The staff were lovely, but the business is quite disorganized. It felt like perhaps the hotel owners are new/first time hotel operators.

In this economic hotel, there is little in the way of extras, but the free breakfast is a nice addition. Some distance from the malecon but for those in transit fairly close to highway 15 and the autopista.
Biggest complaint on this stay was that the towels in the room were threadbare and very worn. Also, in neither of our stays in this hotel was there a top sheet and it is unclear how often the duvet was cleaned.
