Struttura ben mantenuta con standard effettivi alla classificazione. Camera confortevole, colazione regolare , servizio efficiente e disponibile. Ubicazione a pochi passi dal centro e con parcheggio libero facilitato. Prezzo della camera concorrenziale.

The hotel is the same as I visited it for the first time in 2013. Definitely it needs renovation but is still OK, at least for the price. The breakfast is only sandwiches and croissants from the cafe on the ground level. The staff still refuse to learn English :)

Nice staff, only one person speak English. Breakfast is tipical Italian-Sicilian, very noisly outside. The internet connection is terrible, tipical Italian-Sicilian. Great coffee and great service from the bar.

Da alcune recensioni lette mi ero allarmato ma posso dire di avere trovato un hotel nuovissimo sicuramente ristrutturato personale gentilissimo stanze curate e pulite complete di tutto Tv frigo bar WiFi aria condizionata doccia ecc buona colazione l'unica piccola pecca l'acqua calda x arrivare impiega un bel po

Camera evidentemente sporca. Alla nostra richiesta di cambiare gli asciugamani, in quanto tutti macchiati e ricoperti di peli e capelli, il personale si presenta con altri asciugamani macchiati e sporchi, questo per 6 volte prima di trovare biancheria appena accettabile. La doccia cade a pezzi, ed evidentemente sporca. Bidet macchiato. Aria condizionata non funziona. La struttura è stata esternamente ristrutturata, internamente sarebbe da abbattere.

Stanze fatiscenti, frigorifero sporco a dir poco , tende tutte macchiate per non parlare dei muri. Siamo andati a fare colazione per le 10 del mattino e i dipendenti ci hanno riferito che erano rimasti solo 2 cornetti perché la restante parte era tutta finita . La Line Wi-Fi nei gradini delle scale, fili scoperti con il rischio di prendere la Corrente. Non ci tornerò mai più esperienza da non augurare a nessuno

All'arrivo ci comunicano che non c'è acqua a causa di un guasto ma dalla spiegazione non si capisce se dipende dall'impianto dell'hotel o dall'acquedotto. Ci può stare un problema ma il personale non è stato molto proattivo per fornire un minimo di supporto dopo una giornata di viaggio, proponendo almeno delle bottiglie d'acqua per rinfrescarsi. E fino a tarda sera nulla ci è stato comunicato in merito. Solo verso mezzanotte si è risolto il tutto. Le camere sono arredate come da foto e pulite. Un hotel normale come punto d'appoggio senza spendere tanto. Discreta colazione dal bar interno all'hotel.

Hotel a buon prezzo ma scarso nei servizi e con camere con seri problemi di insonorizzazione:alle due di notte il vicino di stanza ascoltavq la musica a volume alto, difficile dormire. Lontano dal centro, bagno vetusto e senza bidet.Non lo consiglio.
