Would not recommend this accommodation. The room was not clean, it smelt like an ash tray. There was mold in the bathroom. The communal kitchen was filthy. People living there long term, party in the hallway at 4am for one person. Communication from accommodation was good and detailed and off street parking provided was good.

Very good location. Close to Hamilton where lots of good food and pubs.just that the place is a bit old, things broken and shower is not that clean. For a simple and budget stay is ok.

The bed is kinda hard..too much cockroaches..the bathroom ceiling is fulled with black fungus..too noisy..too many drunk people..
