It is located in a nice peaceful area in Bain Boeuf Cap Malheureux and very near Pereybere, Grand Baie. The villa is modern, spacious, bright, open plan living area, dining room, kitchen and patio. It has a private swimming pool, solely for the guests and is a 10 mins walk to the beach. The bus stops, local shops, green grocery, and recommended restaurants (seafood / local food) are easy 10 minutes walk from the house and more restaurants short 5 to 10 minutes drive. Enjoy cocktails, alfresco dining or BBQ with view of the private swimming pool and of the garden with coconut trees.For your comfort, the villa offers flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge Freezer, rice cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, safe for valuable, security alarm for peace of mind, sun loungers and phone for local calls. There is also a BBQ set. There are 4 air-conditioning bedrooms; 1 king size and 3 big double bedrooms all have access to an en-suite bathroom. One of the double beds can be converted into 2 single beds for family with children. There is an additional separate WC with a wash basin. A travel baby cot and a baby high chair are also available. There are plenty of car parking spaces within the private secured ground and garden of the house.We provide a weekly free maid house cleaning and free internet. Refundable cash damage deposit is required on arrival £200 or 250 euro & is returned on departure. A receipt will be provided.Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by:10h30.
