The service is very good. On site parking is provided. Location is easy to find. The staffs are nice and helpful.

The facilities are amazing and the onsen was super clean the food was great as it can be! I would totally go back. I just hope they have options for travelers with dogs. Where they have beautiful garden to walk around and if dog was allowed the stay would be more efficient and comfortable. Amazing place!

This is a true classic onsen resort hotel with a fantastic ambiance. The half-board plan (dinner and breakfast) was very satisfying. The service truly stood out; we informed the front desk in advance that our child wouldn't eat raw fish or cold tofu from the Kaiseki menu, and they quickly changed it to tempura. The veteran chef's hospitality and profound skill were undeniable. The natural onsen water at Dogo Onsen was also incredibly relaxing. The actual size of the room must have been over 40 tatami mats; it's the most satisfying Japanese-style room I've ever stayed in.

It is expensive, but it’s worth every single dollar. The hotel located right in the centre of Dogo Onsen. The room is spacious and the view of the city is excellent. The included dinner and breakfast at top notch with excellent service. The service is impeccable!

Location is a short walk from Dogo onsen station. The experience was amazing, rooms were huge and I was surprised to have a staff member show us around the room and explain the amenities available. The amount of hospitality is above and beyond any we've experienced at other places and ryokans. They also have a very beautiful outdoor garden, onsen and geta (traditional Japanese wooden shoes) and yukata to wear around the premises.
