Superhotel Matsumoto Oshiroguchi

In Matsumoto, we chose to stay at Superhotel Matsumoto Oshiroguchi. This hotel has several outstanding features, such as a keycode entry system for rooms, 24-hour complimentary drinks, and free access to an onsen. You can also pick from a variety of pillows to suit your preference. The most unique offering was the 'Welcome Bar' in the evening, which included free alcoholic beverages. Another service at Superhotel Matsumoto Oshiroguchi is the bento box service for guests who can't make it to breakfast, which I found to be a really thoughtful touch.

I stayed for one night and honestly, there was nothing to complain about. I was completely satisfied. The room and all other facilities were clean, the staff were lovely, and the check-in process was efficient. It was also convenient that there was no check-out procedure required. I didn't use the bath, so I can't comment on that. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay from start to finish. Thank you! If I ever visit Matsumoto again, I'd definitely consider staying here. Highly recommend!

Convenient for self-driving, with the parking lot right next to the hotel. Although it's a bunk bed, the mattress was comfortable. Basic facilities are complete; the lobby offers general toiletries, face masks, and a selection of different pillows. Besides coffee/tea and soft drinks, the lobby surprisingly also offered various alcoholic beverages as welcome drinks (available until 9 PM). There's a public bath, with separate time slots for men and women. Breakfast refills were quick, and the food was good too.

The hotel staff were incredibly supportive and kind, which made my stay truly enjoyable. The facilities and services were excellent, and the location, just a 7-minute walk from the station, was also extremely convenient.
