Wonderful Onsen Hotel with private Onsen (2750 Yen extra) and very good food. Room was the best. View on town and mountains in behind. Recommended!

Went during the cherry blossom season, and there were cherry blossoms in full bloom downstairs 🌸. I chose a Japanese-style room with a nice view, but I couldn’t find Matsumoto Castle after looking for it for a long time, 😄. Meals are expensive, so-so. There is no hot spring in the room, and we paid more than 2,000 yuan for a one-hour private hot spring room, so the whole family can enjoy themselves.

The best value for money in the same price range, but don't expect much from the dinner, it's just so-so. Although it's only a few kilometers away from the station, the traffic jam is so bad that it takes half an hour when it's fast and more than an hour and a half when it's slow.

The room was nice, with beautiful views of the city and mountains. Due to the blizzard, we arrived at the hotel two and a half hours later than originally planned. After communicating with the hotel, the hotel graciously extended the dinner reservation until after eight o'clock. The hard-working staff kept us waiting for a long time. I made a reservation for a private bath in the evening, and the open-air bath was very nice. The breakfast on the second day was also quite rich, with many choices of Western and Japanese dishes.
When traveling with friends, I highly recommend Xiangfeng!
