The stay was terrible, most of what we were promised was not delivered, such as heated pool, gym, games room, restaurant, 24-hour service, courtesy reception, parking, etc. We expect to be reimbursed for false advertising.

The bed was dirty the sheets were not clean with stains. Could not sleep the heater was making loud noise it would turn off and on. Other then that it was ok. Great location.

Excelente hotel, atendimento muito bom, otima localização e muito bom o cafe da manha. Quarto muito limpo, o unico detalhe é o barulho do ar condicionado, atrapalha para dormir.

Gostei que esta bem localizado, quartos de bom tamanho, café da manhã com diversas opções de frutas, pães, bolos, frios, enfim bem farto. Não gostei do estado de conservação do predio e a limpeza que fica um pouco a desejar.
