I resent hotels charging 'JUNK" fees that are notm listed in their published cost until you get to end of registration process. If you are not making enough money on your published price then increase it. The customer can decide if they want to pay the price or look elsewhere.
TV and computer reception were extremely weak, slow and constatntly buffering.

I don’t like talking to a computer instead of a person. Totally ridiculous. And whose idea was it too put kids pillows on an adults bed. Last time I ever book with them.

No staff at the check in desk. Everything was done over a computer screen.
Very impersonal. Wife didn’t feel safe. Only staff present was a young woman who didn’t speak English.

Tv did not work upon arrival. Called desk and they said they would send someone. No one came. After 10 hours of travel we were unable to watch tv. Inside is very dirty. Don’t recommend. Book somewhere else!

We arrived for breakfast at 8 AM and everything was picked over and not replaced in kind or with a substitute. Frosted flakes were stale.

The hotel itself was good for the price. My problem was the check in. They have the check in on a computer. You talk to a screen. It is slow, and if your key doesn’t work you have to come back and wait in line to get one. I stood in line twice for almost a hour. I booked two rooms they gave me keys for the same room, and on top of that my helper told me the gave the his room to two other people who tried to walk in on him. Beware and lock your doors.
