Great location, great room, great roof. To be known, but it doesn't affect the rate: a) stairs (well, in all the town there are stairs); b) parking 500 meters from the structure; c) breakfast in a bar nearby until 10 am.

Central location in a very well-kept historic building. Excellent reception, the owner really nice. he gave us excellent advice. The room was very clean and charming, ours overlooked the stones with a breathtaking view. Breakfast at the nearby bar, very soft mattresses. A very good guide like Giulio Cappella recommended us, who accompanied us and entertained us for at least three hours. To return, I have left my heart in Matera really beautiful!

Definitely strategic location to visit Matera. Our room could have access to a spectacular balcony that tomorrow the part of the Sassi that looks like a crib in the evening. Room not very large but more than sufficient with a well-arranged and very efficient bathroom. Very clean and very tidy with all the towels "tied" with a blue ribbon; kettle with tea and herbal teas available. The only difficulty is two rather steep flights of stairs, which can be overcome if you don't have particularly heavy luggage. Excellent welcome from the manager, with many useful tips for getting around the city. Definitely recommended.

ideally located in the heart of Matera.Very comfortable room, very clean and decorated with care. Breathtaking view of the sassi. MIMO the owner is very friendly and gives good restaurant addresses in the city. Only downside: the breakfast in the bar next door is not great .....

Stanza piccina, ma nuova e arredata con estremo gusto, sembra davvero di essere in una bomboniera! L'unica pecca è l'assenza della TV, anche se a Matera la sera lo spettacolo è all'esterno. Colazione in un bar nelle vicinanze, standard ma buona. La posizione è assolutamente centrale.

Sehr gute Unterkunft, geräumig, modern eingerichtet. Kleines Bad. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Daher muss auch das Gepäck dorthin geschleppt werden 😉. Aber mit der Lage lässt sich Matera prima zu Fuß erkunden. Sie bedingt auch einen gewissen Geräuschpegel…

Ho trascorso tre notti insieme a mia moglie , in questa struttura fantastica , pulita , in pieno centro a Matera ……. Mimmo il titolare persona gentilissima e disponibile , che dire ….ci ritornerei tutte le volte che dovessi visitare Matera .

La struttura è in posizione ottima, si trova in una delle piazzette del centro storico e appena esci dal portone c'è la scalinata di accesso diretto ai sassi. Le camere sono nuove, moderne e luminose (non c'è la tv). La colazione è offerta presso il bar convenzionato che si trova a 2 passi dalla residenza. Il proprietario Mimmo gentile e molto disponibile. Consigliato!!!
