The hotel is a very, very basic hospitality hotel, this is not going to be a pleasant stay if you are with the family. There is nothing to do with children of any age, the swimming pool is cold and you need to pay for a bathrobe which isn't in the information about the hotel when you book. There is no complimentary coffee and tea set in the room! Not even a single bottle of water. Also, water isn't available for free in the entire hotel!! Shocking, sad and very unexpected when they ask you to pay for the battle of water with your dinner (€3 per bottle!) when there is no access to even tap water in the restaurant. Unbelievable!! Apparently, the hotel has been renovated but in the 21st century, there is not even one USB socket to charge your phone or computer!!! Be aware of this!!! Food is very limited to basic and often leftovers from the previous day, not always fresh bakery and you will not have coffee or tea with your dinner - unless you pay extra!! I would not recommend it and never come back here again. None of these things isn't clearly stated in the hotel information, so when you finally come here you are going to be very unpleasantly shocked

The hotel is in a very high mountain area close ti the glacier. The rooms are super basic design kind of futuristic but great and the beds fantastic. the hotel is huge with a vety large pool and a roof top restaurants. Very convenient for goign ski since is in front of the cable car. Very large parking outside.

Excellent hotel We stayed in a nice, recently updated room. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The staff at the restaurant is outstanding, they were going out of their way to resolve any problems. Everyone was very friendly and helping. The food was varied and delicious. Few cons: Some of the reception staff is not very fluent in English. There is a timed entrance to the gym which is spacious enough to haver multiple people using it at the same time. One will think that they are concerned about covid but there are no cleaning wipes for the equipment, so it's kind of a moot point restricting how may people use the gym.

Wonderful holiday, excellent food, lots of company and truly spectacular slopes always in the sun. After dinner there is a baby dance at the theater organized by some very talented and very nice entertainers: Zidane, Yuri, Ronald and Nataliia. I recommend this destination!

Eccellente Spa, Giulia e Thomas molto cordiali e professionali. Ristorazione buona, camerieri top. Ottima posizione per chi scia forte. Ottimo per chi vuole staccare la spina dalla realtà caotica. Nella parte vecchia dell' hotel forse meglio rimodernare alcune cose.

Hotel con camere spaziose, ristorante con piatti molto buoni eseguiti dallo Chef Eugenio, Maitre di sala impeccabile. Le cose buone finiscono qui, non è sicuramente una struttura adatta ai disabili o anche a chi ha problemi momentanei di deambulazione, troppe scale alcune anche senza corrimano per andare ovunque, ristorante, bar, palestra, per non parlare del’accesso per piscina e SPA. Anche per accedere alla nostra camera, scalino! La direzione è decisamente rigida su regole e contratti, addirittura c’è un regolamento animali con divieti su tutta la struttura “Agli animali non è consentito né l’accesso né la sosta nelle aree comuni è consentito il transito degli animali purché sempre accompagnati e con obbligo di utilizzare il guinzaglio e muniti di idonea museruola” salvo poi trovarsi il cagnolino della Direttrice libero nella Hall davanti alla reception!

La struttura è divisa in due hotel, io ho soggiornato al Cristal. La struttura è molto grande ma un po' datata. Si trova a due passi dagli impianti di risalita e da percorsi per il trekking per tutte le esigenze. Le camere sono pulite ma non presentano alcun confort: il kit di cortesia potrebbero fare la cortesia di non metterlo tanto è ridicolo, il frigobar è su richiesta e non ci sono nemmeno i bicchieri per l'acqua. Sicuramente un hotel plastic free... devo darne atto! La presenza della spa (da prenotare) con accesso consentito a ospiti sopra i 16 anni, consente di godere di due ore di relax dopo le escursioni. E' presente una piscina coperta accessibile a tutti quindi anche piuttosto affollata di pomeriggio. Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale. La ristorazione è varia e i prodotti di buona qualità. La colazione è buona anche se avrei preferito trovare a disposizione (al buffet) anche il latte senza lattosio per non doverlo necessariamente chiedere al personale di sala che comunque è gentilissimo e molto rapido dell'evadere le richieste. L'esperienza nel complesso è stata positiva.

Ho soggiornato in agosto 2024 con la famiglia: Hotel eccellente. Personale genitlissimo - nessuno escluso; Cucina eccellente e con una scelta molto varia, impossibile assggiare tutto nella stessa serata e ... occhio alla serata tipica; Camere, ambienti, spogliatoi e piscina pulitissimi; Rapporto qualità/prezzo: ottimo Situato ai piedi del ghiacciaio e circondato da un paesaggio fiabesco è strategico per percorrere ogni tipo di sentiero, dai più avventurosi a quelli adatti alle famiglie. Possibilità di effettuare ogni tipo di attività nelle immediate vicinanze. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.
