Hotels near San Antonio de Padua Cathedral, Masbate

The AC is excellent he bed are firm really good and the heavy blanket is wonderful and warm you can really sleep very well. I like this place as the only hotel that has elevator and the bathroom is really cleaned with hot water. Just a little noisy at night time as the cleaner seems keep cleaning having this cart keep pulling kind of noisy. Other than that it’s nice stay.

Pros: -Centrally located in the city center -Can easily get a tricycle -Near cathedral, museum and souvenir shop Cons: -Found a big cockroach in the bathroom (really not a good sign!) -Beds feel cheap, and room felt dirty -Concierge not helpful/knowledgeable on places to go to in Masbate -Intermittent wifi (no wifi at the lobby) -Cramp bathroom -TV not working, so cannot watch anything -No available outlet in the room (i.e. have to remove outlet dedicated for TV, so can use for charging electronic devices) -Told staff that would need a room that have separate beds, but in the end still gave a room with one bed -Shower is a joke -Key card not functioning the day after -No elevator

GREAT & THE ONLY PRESTIGE HOTEL IN MASBATE! I arrived last July 13,2022 and from the airport it took me 5minutes to reach the hotel. I was greeted v.well by the staffs. Impressive! Then after a quick check in and or registration I was also assisted going to my room. The weather is light humid yet the property cools me down. Great room and v.fast internet, complete amenities. How I wish they finish constructing the pool for their MINI WATER ADVENTURE and get their 4star hotel rating. I will definitely go back here in Treasure Island Hotel Masbate and stay (forever). This is one of the many accomodations Masbate City has to offer. It is conveniently located along Robredo Blvd., just a few minutes away from the airport by tricycle, and is close to some tourist spots (like the Mangrovetum mangrove park) and to a flee market. It is also close to boat stations where you can take boats for the famous Buntod marine sactuary and sandbar, as well as for Ticao Island. As to its facilities, it has a restaurant, ktv rooms, a spa, and two swimming pools (one for kids and another one for adults). The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, with their own toilet/shower room and TV with cable channels. WI-FI signal is also strong, and all these for an affordable price. Service is also good. I just wish that they had contacts with travel and tourist agencies, public transportation, and more food choices at their restaurant.

Since the next ticao island resort is fully booked, I had to come here, but I found that it is really beautiful. The boss’s younger brother is a designer, so the design from the interior to the architecture to the landscape is particularly attentive and beautiful. Facing the sea, there are stands for watching the sunrise, and there are many small pavilions for rest. At night, you can lie on it and watch the stars, watch fireflies, swings, and swimming pools. It's really good! The service is also great! But the only thing is: the consumption here is very expensive, a coconut plus 122p service charge, twice as expensive as my big Beijing, Manila only 40p, others, such as fried bananas, Manila 23p, here is actually 375p, service charge Also charge 10 points! The boat for island hopping, the hotel next to it is about 3000p, and the charge here is 6400p,...really more expensive. It is recommended that the boss actually check the market price in the future, and don't set the price too expensive, so that customers are not willing to come next time. There were not many tourists here, and there were only three of us in the family on the day we came!
